eFootball (All Platforms)

After watching the trailer I quess we have to understand that there are no more football games that can emulate passion and beaty of the football. Both games now are money sucking oriented which is shame. Most of us here are old school offline players but times have changed, it`s time to move on. Probably games are for kids and not for adults like us. Konami succeded through the years to destroy the PES brand that many people before have made it best football game in the world.
These cross platform ideas are good for having fun but not for serious football game. I sim race a lot and I can`t imagine playing rFactor od Assetto Corsa on my rig vs someone who play on mobile phone, it`s awfull.
From what I saw these two days I can conclude that PES is doing what Fifa should in theory. EA are obsessed with FUT but they try to inovate some stuff and move forward with developing. Konami spent two years for making cross platform game for kids.
I put my money that if EA have little more focus on some stuff talked in the other thread we will play Fifa all day long and forget about PES.
From history we will always look at PES and appreciate some stuff that works better than Fifa but it will be just from nostalgia. For me this next gen thing bring more bad stuff that goodies, at least for PES.

Also, creating a new football game every year requires much more investments, Konami doesn't want to do that anymore. So, free to play, microtransactions for everything, maybe offline modes sold as separate dlc.

That was the most hilarious advert for a new game I think I have ever seen……..”we are powerful” playing on a billiard ball pitch……disgusting colours and the alpha, beta, gamma, f2p, mobile, demo, network test being shown in the trailer………..what a mess and i jest you not…what kid is going to be attracted to that game ahead of FIFA??

Its gone and I’m just going to bury it for now and move on, this series is ringing it’s own death bell and it’s clear from the marketing all the way to that pathetic trailer that Konami are not that bothered.

RIP……the pinnacle that was PES 5 and 6

Yes. I’m so glad I’m into sim racing since February this year. That’s my new hobby.
You are not driving in PS, are you?

As my mom said to me 2 years ago: you played amateur football for over 20 years now, go get a new hobby.

Is there a new phase of hope now, till the game release?? Like, the game plays better than the reveal video might make it look?! ;)

Im asking: 2 years for what?! I will never get an answer, I know. ^^
 
i think there will be a offline mode, but you will have ti pay for it, like a DLC.
There is no word about "only" online
