Very sad info if nextgen is later this year and i afraid of f2p option for ex PES !
 
I am happy and a bit frustated with Konami at the same time.

They reached almost half a Million views in Just 2 days on YouTube with the World Finals live stream vídeo. Its not bad, not bad at all.

I understand their Focus Going for this shit, myclub etc. I can see a F2P across all platforms since release date and also DLCs for offline modes in a near future

What frustates me is where alll the money Going for? For New partnerships with New myclub legends? I am sure they have plenty of money that could be invested on the game itself for more ambitious gameplay mechanics and ideas.

This is worst than what i anticipate if its true. Konami never never ever cease to surprise me

Konami are pretty clueless with marketing overall. they weren't even pushing the Euro stuff until late. EA on the other hand were constantly pushing Euro 2020 content and they didn't even have the license 🤣

I think we can - he's usually pretty accurate when it's this late.

I've followed him on Twitter for over a year.

But he's basically saying we may get the free to play game with NO offline modes in Sept - just all myclub stuff etc.

Then the "Full game" next gen (with offline modes) in December.

Ooof, that would be a gut punch after waiting so long for the community.

I’m going to make a bold guess here just hours before the announcement, but pesuniverse working on an option file with next season’s kits and transfers for a current PES (for the first time?) is making me less confident that we will have an offline PES 2022 anytime soon.
 
I'm all but convinced this is what we're getting:

1) PES 2022 F2P in September. I think Konami are going to try to go the Fortnite route - make a free game that anyone can play and really try to push that to everyone and "build hype"

2) By the end of the year they will release an offline next gen version hoping that the free to play fans will buy the full version.

Well, if that is what it takes for them to make a proper next-generation game I can wait a few more months; I rather see that than some half-finished game released too early..

I’m okay with that as long as PES 2022 f2p is next gen on PC

Yeah but guys they had 3 years to create the new game. Understand that we are in still in the middle of pandemic, but they have no more excuses.

They taken already 1 more year with a garbage Season Update to be concentrated on Pes 2022, EA is ready to lunch his game on 1st October...again they have no more excuses from my point of view

Actually, it's not great. Pretty mixed. Tends to repeat whatever rumours he finds elsewhere. In the past, board member Durandiil privately mentioned his own guesswork – that there would be two versions, one on last-gen using Fox, one for next-gen using UE. Renan then packaged it up and relayed it as insider info, when it was just one uninformed guy's best guess (by his own admission).

That said, when I was last very forthright and mocking of Renan, on here, he came on and somewhat won me over with his positivity and charm. So I'm less annoyed at the rumour merchant stuff and see it as a game in itself at this point.

Summary is: take his predictions with a pinch of salt.

So are we expecting any next gen footage tomorrow? Or will it be just the “free” game? I’m starting to think the online test is the free game. SMH.
 
I mean waiting till October or November for a next-gen version is not the worst thing in the world. That's if the rumors are correct.
