I watched a couple of videos. The way ball and players interact is terrible. And the way ball and players intercat whit the field is horrible as well. It's a continuos skating :MAD:
Animations and body models are totally to redefine from scratch. I hope we will have a brand new game from someone different from EA. I'm tired to see the same shitty animations every year.

I don't think they look the same. I am convinced it is getting worse every year. In this video, if you paint the grass in white, I am pretty confident it would look like hockey. I am actually wandering if the NHL team is also working on the EAFC development.
Last time animations were remotely pleasant to me was in FIFA20.

I could not agree more. I honestly think players would say "this is a breath of fresh air, it feels so different", and I would argue FIFA/EASFC is becoming increasingly stale even to those who enjoy it. But maybe I'm naïve.

As one of the EA producers said himself, he finds certain elements of football, such as running - he finds them BORING. That’s the guy who is in charge of making this game.
 
I have seen all the videos and what i can say is : OMG it,s f*****g Bad!
I didn't recognise the feeling I have on the beta. Ball physics look totally off, CPU made always the same things, often with ground passes, the textures are not grips. I don't know if because it's pc version but animations didn't feel smooth, hyper motion looks off.

I will play tomorrow and I hope the game isn't like this now.
 
Something tells me that the Switch version will be much better gameplay-wise, just like FIFA 23 was.

I'll wait for reviews, and if the Switch version has the same kind of "retro" gameplay, I'll probably end up purchasing it down the road.

This will drive us all to insanity my friend. We have to stop getting our hopes up from the beta each year. It always changes after a week or two no matter what. It's the hope that kills you
 
Thats the reason why EA put them in FUT - to make FUT players pay more money for packs because basically half of the player will be worthless for them.

This is football, is it? He literally d$cking moonwalks at one point. And they've consciously designed the game to reward this tomfoolery, by making it just 1v1 defending. Otherwise the guy could just bring another defender in to pressure him, take the ball and he couldn't do all that dancing.

I really don`t understand how they develop a game and see right in front of them how players run, recieve the ball and move? Even the fut players should be bothered with this becouse this is not football, doesn`t even look like football. What is the satisfaction of playing this after all? It`s a shame in 2023 that we don`t have good football game.
