My brother was over watching the fights with me. He asked who Edwin Rodiguez was and why Ward was fighting him. I said "A guy that hasn't fought anybody. A safe fight for someone who has not fought in a long time". That said, boxing is the theatre of the unexpected.

Canelo vs Cotto almost a done deal for March 8th. I'll be rooting for Cotto in this one. One of my fav fighters from this generation. Forgot Froch vs Groves fight this coming weekend in addition to Pac - Rios. I think Sky Sports is showing it. Sky Sports faces Glenn McCrory, Johnny Nelson, Richie Woodhall and Nick Halling will dissect the game-plans for Froch and Grovespugilists may deploy at the Phones4u Arena in Froch v Groves: The Tactics.

Froch TKO for me or at the very least Froch by points, shame as I like Groves and he obviously has a lot more of a future ahead of him than Froch but Froch has deserved to be where he is, just got better with age.
 
NAh think Froch will take him easy.

As for Haye, please retire, yes it's a pity about the injury but it's just plain boring now.

What's the issue with Freddy and Alex Ariza? I remember there was an issue with him and Khan's camp and them sacking him.
 
Ariza got too big for his boots and wanted to be seen and heard more than a fitness trainer should (in Freddie's opinion), that's essentially how I understood it.

What a tough guy Ariza is. I mean a 53 year old man with Parkinson's is obviously someone you should kick, in self defence...
 
Funny thing is that Roach in his prime would have whupped all these guys. He probably would have one-shotted them if it was a street fight.
