I think he'll be deployed centrally at some point.

--Ozil--Sanchez--Walcott
-------Cazorla-------
------Ramsay-Khedira----

Could win the league.

Great signings all of them...also like Debuchy very much. He was fantastic in Lille.
Would be great to see Arsenal competent till the end....

We won't sell to MC no more... We let our players sign for free :) we buy players from RM n Barça in today's market . This puma deal is paying for our transfers. That's why Arsene is at the beach in Brasil. No more number crunching \0/ it's a new day... A new dawn... And ...I'm feelin ...gooood!

He's right, I don't think they'll directly sell to Man City again. Sagna chose not to resign and left for free.

Wenger has showcased Arsenal aren't standing still anymore and again are one of the biggest clubs in Europe with Ozil and now Sanchez.

If we get Khedira and another out and out striker, then we are going to have a great squad depth in midfield and attack.

But we are a couple of injuries in defence to being in big trouble, it could be our downfall.

It is exciting though, hopefully the new players settle in quickly and we can hit the ground running.

But I think, Man United and Chelsea are going to be much stronger, also Spurs all of the players they brought in last season will have settled in and with a new manager to impress, Liverpool also will have a bigger squad, but with Suarez gone, still to be seen if their actual first team will be stronger.

Man City are Man City and will always be the favourites.

It is going to be a tough season, but if we do get the players we are being linked to, we can hopefully compete for the league and other trophies.

Exciting times.

Again like I said its way to early to start making any sort of predictions with the window barely open but I'd have Chelsea/City ahead of everyone with Arsenal behind that on their own with Liverpool/United/Spurs behind that.

would be surprised if I feel that way on the day the league kicks off though, things will change.

Having 3 if not 4 (if Khedira comes) recent world cup winners in the team has got to be a good thing :-)

Seeing Ozil play is great, he has got alot of stick but did they say before the match he created the most chances in the world cup?

I cant wait for the new season to start!

Now that the World Cup ended, we will know if there's truth to the Khedira rumours, as for any other players still involved in the tournament. Usually these signings are kept in the dark until after the WC ends, so that players aren't distracted with too many questions from the media.

Khedira would fit in perfectly. We already got Sanchez and a plethora of attacking midfielders. Remy coming in would be good too (and I'm already counting Debuchy as certain).
I'd love to see Joel Campbell staying with us for good, as long as he doesn't mind being a sub.

If these things come together nicely, we will be on our way to very good pre-seasons preparations indeed.

Khedira and rest of German team likely on holiday mate, I would presume a deal would likely be nearer early to mid August for that.

If it's true that Cavani is surplus to requirements at PSG, Arsenal would be mental not to bid for him.

To be honest PSG aren't going to get near FFP anyway, but they do need to sell in theory.

Cavani, Ozil, Carzola, Sanchez...what a change that would mark for AFC.

Just as FFP is about to kick in, what PSG does is spend 50m on David Luiz :FAIL:

Im not sure Cavani is a fit for Arsenal. I know Sanchez can play on the wings ,but I`d love to see him up top.

Podi(LW)--Sanchez(ST)--Theo(RW)
---Cazorla(CM)--Ozil(CM)---
---------(CM)Ramsey-----

Poldi will be benched IMO.

Also, Cazorla + Ozil in the midfield, I'm not sure. Not much work rate there. Maybe Wenger will keep insisting on Cazorla on the left wing.
Or he will keep Giroud as CF and move Sanchez to the left.
