I have had a premanition (if thats how you spell it?!)
Arsenal will get the first goal in the first 20mins then a penalty will be given to us and we put it away to go 2-0 up before half time.
We then keep the lead into the second half - we start playing the ball around sublimely and frustrating Barca. A couple of the barca players get extremely angry at their team mates and coupled with our debatable penalty lash out at our players.
The result of this is that two of Barca players get sent off with 15mins to go and then we end up scoring two more goals.
Final score 4-0 to the Arsenal!!!! and I have just creamed my panties!!!!

Sos lads but im cheering Barca on tonite, ive always thought of them as my second team, so its not cos they are playing arsenal...

My premonition* is freekick to Arsenal by the right corner flag with Eboue getting fouled. Henry takes it, and in comes Pires at the far post to head the ball into the ground, and it goes into the roof of the net.

Then in the second half, Eboue misjudges a header, and Roanldinho sneaks through and hammers it in the roof of the net, with Toure just missing the tackle.
Arsenal hang on, and we win 2-1!!!! Happy Happy Joy Joy!

Just another note... as the nerves are taking over... Are we wearing a new strip tonight as rumoured?
I know Barca are going to wear their new away for next season - Orange. Probably in accordance with their Wembley win when Koeman smashed in that thunderbolt.

Good game by Arsenal, even though they didnt get much breathing space due to the Barca attacks, their counter attacks were very deadly. I think it would have been completely different if Lehmann wasnt sent off, and a goal was given to Giuly.

its funny to see how the apparent 'best team in the world' could only beat us with us down to 10 men and the refs help. At 11 a side, we were all over them!! give them a goal, we'd out-play them!!
just look at henry, usually so calm and cool, he just lost it when asked about the referee. We were cheated out of the champions league but well done barca!!

Barca deserved it with their attacking play. But kudos to the Gunners who showed a great counter attacking display despite the fact they were a man down. I agree with Milanista - the game would be totally different if Lehmann wasn't sent off and Guily's goal was counted. And it's a shame Henry didn't score in one of 2 chances he's had.
