looks like Chelsea's charging back... still 5pts clear though... lets hope Fulham gets a win =)

Re: The ARSENAL Thread - Still top!

missing a player is not a problem for us...

missing Ronaldo was a problem for a certain team last week it seems.... :lmao:

Sure it wasa problem , also scoring in the Last minute at home and getting a draw and then Celebrating like you beat us 5-0 was also a suprise for me

Is the last minute less important than the others?

and speaking of last minute wins, will I have to remind how you won half your matches last season, and a champions league a few years ago?

Missing Vidic and Rooney was a bigger problem.

Nice to see all your arrogance is back after hiding for over 12 months.;)

So your comparing a Game against us in the early part of the season with a Champions League Final the point was i was saying you celebrated like you had won the league, the last gasp wins we did get last year where pretty much that almost league winners, Liverpool,Fulham,Everton, and ofcoure Bayern;)

Give it pal, we weren't celebrating like that. But to deny United a victory like that at the death and preserve our place at the top of the table was just cause for us to be a little bit happy don't you think?

Re: The ARSENAL Thread - Still top!

injuries?

try Agger(2 months metatarsal), Alonso(2 months metatarsal), Pennant (season broken leg), Gerrard(month broken toe), Carragher (month broken ribs), Torres (5 weeks Abductor), Kewell (everything almost forever).

Thats some list, weve played kak at times too yet still in touch. Cant wait to see us full throttle :)

Thats exactly the point. You're happy about denying us the victory rather than being upset that it could have been a 3 point advantage over us.

We got the 3 point advantage anyway :)

Anyway lets not go over this crap again - it went on for too long just after the game - back and forth back and forth.

Didn't seem that much of a problem against Blackburn or Sporting....

infact, I don't remember the last goal scored by Man United that wasn't either an own goal or scored by Ronaldo.

And I wasn't away for 12 months... you could see me at the races, and lately testing.\\:o/

You are losing against the current champions and main rivals...

you get the equaliser late in the game, and with that you avoid not only the defeat, but losing 1st place...

I would celebrate...

but I guess you wouldn't be pleased...

The fact that this all started by you calling use a "1 man team" which is laughable really, and then your saying we wouldnt be happy if United scored a last minute goal at Old Trafford against Arsenal to make it 2-2 i wouldnt be happy rather relieved since we didnt lose but would soon be thinking should have played better to get a win. and the last guy apart from Ronaldo that scored for us was Rooney who is back tommorow ;)

Re: The ARSENAL Thread - Still top!

Ronaldo is without a doubt your most important and decisive player... remember at the beggining of the league he wasn't in good shape and United lost many points...

He is the heart and lungs of Man Utd, and I'm not saying this because I'm portuguese... It is the truth.

You really are obsessed with United mate. You're obviously bitter about something - would it be because of no European Cup or because of no title win for an age? This thread was dead last season, funny that. Also, missing Rooney and Vidic didn't help us against Bolton but let's move on, we aren't even half-way through the season and you already think the title is in the bag. Don't write off L'pool and Chelsea mate.

Back on-topic, great performance by the Gunners on Saturday - I really enjoyed the game. :)

I am not obsessed about anything... and no cup and no title win doesn't affect me. And I am not writing off anybody... And I never said we have it in the bag.

I'm just answering to the general thinking of the Man U supporters who think it's still the 90's... "Arsenal will eventually fall during the season" I read a month or two ago... Now we're 6 points further ahead than we were at that time and some people still say the same.

Re: The ARSENAL Thread - Still top!

I still think you will :) , but its just my opinion , you Still aint played Chelsea while we won there which is a tougher task to do it know so that will be hard, and to be honest you lot have crumbled in the past after only 1 defeat;)

Re: The ARSENAL Thread - Still top!

And you still aint played Liverpool, who are in a better form than Chelsea.... :)

And yes we crumbled after one defeat in the past but this isn't the past...

and that defeat has come and we still beat Aston Villa away one game after... (without penalties or Villa players being sent off).

And this is my opinion too

edit: yet again.... nobody scored... just Ronaldo. I speak the truth my friend... at this stage Man U is Ronaldo dependant!
