insulting another user. It was unintentional, i just got realy annoyed by his post. So i wrote back without thinking. Im trying to learn to control my language now.

We can always put Jeffers as number 99 if he ever wants to come back to the club... ;)

I really doubt hes coming back. I mean, he was a failure at arsenal. A waste of 10 Million Pounds.

Anyway, a quick question.
Who will make the biggest impact to the premiership.

1) Manchester United's Louis Saha
2) Arsenal's Jose Reyes
3) Chelsea's Scott Parker

In fact, i want to make it into a poll.

Edit: Dont answer that, just go to the poll.

News about the Reyes ban probably not being enforced here in the Telegraph.

Saha and Parker have already been playing n the Premiership already, though? I suppose signing for major club will provide better opportunities. Anyway, they've already done very well with their previous clubs thus far in the campaign, so they'll look to improve.

It's all about settling in for Reyes, and if Arsenal manage to aquaint him well, there's no end to the destruction he could cause.

Yes, i just watched sportscenter, he wont be banned. Its a different league. A team should not be punished for what a player did with his former club. Which is why i am very upset about Joe Coles Ban.

I'm sure it was 8 million pounds for Jeffers. But the funny thing with Jeffers was he churned out amazing performances for englands under-21 level (englands highest ever goal scorer) but never really got a good run out at Arsenal apart from the cup games. Well having the worlds best striker in Henry to compete with in his position, he really had to be special.

True, but couldnt he compete with Bergkamp?
Or is he a left sided man.
Anyway, he saved everton by getting that 90 minute equiliser against fulham in the fa cup. They must be pleased :D.

For many years Arsenal have played with a striker drifting behind the main striker, so with Bergkamp passing, touch and vision he was the only man to do that job. Jeffers aint that type of player, he's more of a box player. As with Jeffers for everton he also latched onto coles mistake and setup an equaliser against his own club! The vibes coming from jeffers is that he doesn't want to come back to arsenal and wants to stay at everton.

It sounds like arsenal dont want him back, well, they did give away his number.

I wouldn't be too fussed if he didn't come back, we get a couple of million for him.

As for his price I don't think he cost as much as most people think. His fee like Reyes had a lot of appearance and goal clauses involved.

Yeah good point, he never had many games in the league and champions league, so probably cost us around 5 million tops.

I think we could get £3mill for him, therefore a loss of £2 million. That aint too sad.

It's confirmed, Reyes is our new number 9! I just saw it on sky sports news!!! Laters Fanny Jeffers!!!

ps: Fanny isnt a typo.

Also, it's just been confirmed that Reyes has received international clearance and is available for selection for Sundays game against Man City.

HOOORAAAAY

I'd like to see him play against Wolves in the Premiership match coming up. He would really shred their team to pieces.

Good article on Edu. I love these 'Behind the footballer' type articles. Lovely to read and show you what these players are like off the pitch. Few on Kolo like this too. Both him and Edu seem some of the genuine nice guys at Arsenal.
