I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that I think about pasta once a day. Around 5pm I always think the same thing; "could I have pasta tonight?" Usually it's a no, because I've eaten all the pasta, or I had pasta the day before and I can't have it two days in a row or the gluten will mean lethal, uncontrollable farts. I am absolutely not joking.

I love pasta too, but in what form? And what meat, what sauce etc? And have you had it in Italy? And where/when have you had the best pasta?
 
One of my dreams is to have Pasta in Italy! (I've never been to Europe but I'd love to try it!)

I like cooking pasta at home. :) Unfortunately, here in Bogotá it's not that easy to find the "correct and authentic" ingredients.. But I try to at least respect some traditions. :LOL: I love all kinds of pasta, but lately I've been having a craving for this one.. (I love this channel, Vincenzo's Plate, he is Italian, makes the recipes easy to follow and is a charismatic fella) 🍝

Grazie. I like following recipes, I'll make this soon.

I've been to Italy, Rome, Venice, Verona and Naples (hence the profile pic). Best pizza I'd had was in Naples, but in Ukraine the pizza tasted literally the same, they used Italian flour etc.

Best Italian pasta I've had was probably in an Italian restaurant in Ukraine and not in Italy.
 
I've now stopped collecting when I could put together my "grail" poker chips set but I used to buy (and create custom) poker chips sets.

Now.I just enjoy playing with them. :-D

I started playing Texas Hold 'em game on my handheld, it's some 8bit ROM. I like playing that, and I can see how fun and addicting it can be. I don't wanna do real thing on gaming sites, as I can see how I could lose loads, as is such an interesting game.
 
i only hate when i stuck on 0-0 for 70 minutes, when i finally score, the CPU scores after 1 second, this is the kind of sht that will never bring a game in a "realistic" thing

I don't like virtual poker I've to say. I played a little bit but I don't find it entertaining. I like the social aspect, playing with actual quality cards and of course nice chips ahah.

He's one of my favorite food recipe youtubers, because he has a nice balance between accessibility and making great dishes! Most of his recipes are quite simple to make, and easy to follow! I also find his personality quite likeable (which is important when following these type of content)! Glad to hear you're enjoying the channel as well. :)

Agree 100%, nice guy and thing I love most, highly authentic Italian recipes. I adore Italy too, gone there loads of times, love their cafes and restaurants, just the best. Looking forward to making more of the recipes tbh.
