The guy is a nut, he has an ex US military sniper rifle that he is trying to get working again, they take all the firing mech' out and weld a rod in the barrel, he bought it while working in Jamaica and just took it to bits and shipped it with his tools, granted it was pre 9-11 but would you dare...
