Winning Eleven 2010 (including Aoki) PS3 is worth trying with Superstar level - Max (PES 2010 PS3 is also OK at Top player - max). CPU AI is greater than PC port even though PC Port can enhance graphics to max. It's kinda like PES4, but in reverse : the more you play the more you get into it and appreciate that version.
I never said it's a superb game but far from an abomination if you give it a chance.
Otherwhise there's one thing i'm asking myself and i don't think i'm wrong : Konami said that TEAMVISION was only on New gen version. But when i play WE 2008 or PES 2008, the AI adapt, same as teamvision was supposed to do, the way you play.
To me, it's a lie that there's no Teamvision on PES 2008 to say "hey, it's not the same game, An AI that smart can be built on PS2.
That version got the most advanced AI from the whole series and got the exact same features as Teamvision. Or should we can call it then?
Another thing : after 07-08 all version all the others version aren't interesting and repetitive too me. The PES teams for old gen version focused on Psp and ported to PS2. Ball physics for example and stats feeling is far from what you can feel on 2007-2008 versions.
But there's some hidden gems as the team probably worked all togheter to create some version : WE 2010 Aoki on PS2 and two pretty special version looking like no other PES, 2013 and 2014. I retried the 2013 and the feeling is beeter than 2014 to me, on PS2.
Also the 3DS version with 360 degree movement since PES 2011 version (not 16 directions or 31, you can litterealy turn very slowly degree to degree, no joke : then the game was done for BAL type of gameplay regarding 3DS immersive relief capacities.
No joke i found those version harder to dribble a man than 8 directions versions lol, perhaps it's the WTF effect the reason, no idea but yes, it's a bit or a lot confusing.
PES 2009-2014 on PS2 are the same except updated squads, players, roosters…and even good
