The ISO just needs to be opened with PCSX2. The ISO does not need to be installed.

If he has the iso for PC Windows it need to install it..

Anyone know how to load a WE9I (NTSC-U) option file in WE9LE (NTSC-K) on PS2? I want to import some player stats. I'm doing this on PC via PCSX2 so any Windows tools will be fine.
