Hello guys, for who is interested I found a way to make this patch completely working:

PES 2013 PESJP Patch 2013 v3.09 Ultimate + Gameplay Tool 3.35 + Addons​

PES 2013 PESJP Patch 2013 Ultimate + Update Gameplay Tool & Addons by Jenkey1002​

It has a huge amount of contents and so many options to choose from into selector, but the previous issue was about gameplay tool, who didn't run at all.
I replaced it with another exe and got the trick.

If anyone is interested, I can share links.

That patch is riddled with "malware" according to Windows Defender... Probably all of them false positives but still, a bit annoying.

Nah, just put the game folder to wind defender exclusion, job done.

I finally did a video of my new Option File along with some gameplay AI v AI.

The AI in this game is so good, and the reason why sometimes I just sit down and watch the AI play out a match.

Hi @davidgrohl , no worries. Are you referring to an option file? Are you using MyMC (my memory card)?

Editing Pes 2013 is weird, for example you can't edit Copa Libertadores teams
But the problem I have is very weird, When I delete a licensed kit with Pes Editor and go to edit kit, it works fine for some clubs, but when I try to edit national team kits and kits of clubs like Marseille, the game crashes and returns to Windows
Idk why is that happening, but it would be very helpful if you tell me solution to this error
