It's great, it's very similar to 16 in the way it plays, I find 16's gameplay and animation work a lot more smoother and polished, there's moments in 17 where some frames don't link together properly or the players sometimes don't know where the ball is but that's probably more to do with quickly porting it all over to Frostbite.I just realised I've never played Fifa 17, what's it like? Just been digging in my 'random shit drawer' and found Fifa 16 for Xbox, so am likely going to give that a bash for the first time in years this weekend
I'm sure you can pick up FIFA 17 on console for about £1 nowadays.
The lighting especially on this game is very vivid and pretty. I also believe that if today's generation of FUT gamers played something like this online they'd be a lot more content with the position the game is.I know I've said this a lot, and I'm sure many others have said it too, but look at the amazing lighting, the incredible weather effects you can see during the gameplay, the player positioning and the overall impact, all combined with excellent AI awareness! My word! If they sell this game with new rosters, kits and other features alongside each iteration, that's all it would take to convince everyone that they're buying a superior, more realistic product than anything else out there. No need for gimmicks, just football!
