Kuro-Obi (Black Belt) - 7/10

Japanese karate movie, subtitled in English. I really enjoyed the fight scenes, very realistic although the movie was too predictable.

Was okay, probably a 6/10. Couple of decent actors, couple of funny scenes but really nothing to rave about. Would watch again in a few years, if only for the final 20 minutes.
 
Anyone know what the tune is that they are currently using in the Pineapple Express trailer, me likes

Agreed. Dragged for a bit, got boring, last 10-20 mins recovered it but still, poor showing. Expected a lot better. Snatch is still king.
 
Rush Hour 3 - 6/10

Some funny moments and one liners, but not as good as 1 or 2.

Knocked Up - 7/10

Again some funny moments, and quite a funny movie in general. Some great swearing here too :DD.

I'm just gonna throw in my two cents on this, because I bought it on Blu-Ray.

It's just not very funny. I expected a whole lot more considering the reviews, and it just isn't very good.

This is true my friend, very true. Meghan Heffern is the top babe in it though.
 
The missus and I disagree on 99% of films - literally - but we both absolutely loved Napoleon Dynamite and Superbad.

It's a certain kind of humour, you either like it or you don't. Although saying that I would say it's similar to The Office (cringeworthy) and she absolutely cannot stand that.
 
I thought Superbad was pretty good, it started brilliantly but it just completely drifted off (so much so I cant even remember what it was about now, just that there was 2 lads chasing poontang)
 
I really, really fucking hated Napoleon Dynamite. Watched about 40 minutes of it then turned it off

I didn't dislike it quite that much. An ex forced me into watching it with her and her little brother. We generally shared a similar opinion on film (she recommended Monster, which I really liked) but there was no way back for her after putting me through 80 minutes of misery.

Oh, and it took me one hour and a half to realize where the hell I knew the girl from. I've watched Entourage's four seasons. My memory is a fucking joke. :CRY:
 
Went seeing Get Smart last night. Really good film with some very funny moments

Blades of Glory

Hilarious film, laughed for an hour and a half. Will Ferrell was amazing as usual, can't wait to watch Step Brothers. :DD

My god. I've just realized how fucking hot Jenna Fisher is. Sweet Jesus.
