Scott Pilgrim vs. The World - 10/10

I have decided that only Edgar Wright should ever be allowed to direct films.

I loved every single minute of it. The effects, the plot, the characters, the action, the soundtrack, the comedy...all absolutely brilliant.

I just wanna watch it again and again and again.

Plus I think Mary Elizabeth Winstead is actually...perfect. God help me when the Blu-Ray comes out. Her in the Ramona Flowers look, in HD is probably gonna be too much for me to take.

prince of persia sands of time 5/10

rubbish. badly directed/edited. half of the scenes diddnt make sense and got cut off to the enxt scene all of a sudden.

some good action scenes and special effects but thats just about it. Plus i do not like americans trying to talk like british people. they just dont sound right

Diary Of A Wimpy Kid (Blu-Ray) = 8.5/10

Really, really enjoyed this.

Very funny, witty and well written comedy.

This is what 'Son Of Rambow' should have been, which I thought was shat...

The Triangle 5/10

The effects are pretty poor and the story is pretty crap but I'm fascinated by the Bermuda triangle so I watched it.
It's a three episode mini-series that released sometime in 2005.

The Pursuit of Happyness (BD) - 8.5/10

Love this film, easily seen it 10+ times now. Recently picked up the blu ray of it for a fiver over at AVForums and it looks and sounds fantastic.

The Expendables 5/10

Not for me, had some good action scenes but i found it cringey and boring after the 5th action sequence.

Thought the way it was edited was bollocks. Agree about the action and effects.

I'd give it a 4/10.

The expendables 3/10

With that cast they could have done something fun, entertaining and well directed. It's the worse action that Stallone has directed in a long time. Rambo 4 had impressive action set pieces, this one fails into mediocrity.

Pathetic dialogues and character definition. I hoped for a lot lot more.

Gonna watch Four Lions tonight i think

Meant to be very funny and Chris Morris wrote it so it should be

Four Lions - 9/10

Just brilliant! So many moments where I laughed out loud, great characters and a good story. Soooo funny :D

Nah, POH was better than SP although SP is very good.

jonney, I'm sure I was one of the people that recommended Seven Pounds to you somewhere in this thread last year ;).

Anyways, Dags is right. I think Pursuit of Happyness is Will Smith's greatest film alongside Six Degrees of Separation.
