Here it is, a new season with Canvey Eagles in the Championship on PES2018*.
New default ML team too and most English teams edited.
Regular Difficulty as the CPU press so well in this game and i am with default ML team.
First game.

Okay, first game is done! It feels nice. Let's see what Fulham was up to in first two weeks:

But I need someone from Mighty Spezia. Naturally if we can't get Petagna, we'll sign Perica, why not?
Would you look at that. He either gets appearence bonus or negotiations are impossible. Also worth nothing how you can see both club's and player's opinion on transfer.
We give him those 600 pounds per match, whatever! Also we acquire Kapustka, he really did a bad thing with that move to Leicester operation situation. Unnecessary. We'll bring him back into shape in no time however.

It's been YEARS since i did master league but it's time. To ease myself in i'm using real squads and takng valencia back to the top!
EDIT:
WHAT A START!!! First game away to Barca which i was dominating, playing so well and then made a horrible mistake to let them back in and it ended 2-2. The game was incredible and probably my favourite game so far.
Made a couple of free agent signing, Iturbe, Reece Oxford and Passlack just to strengthen the squad. Kondogbia was so good anchoring the midfield, breaking up play. what a start to ML.

Just played against Atlético de Madrid, home match. And what a performance from Real Betis.
1st and 2nd half:
I really loved this match. Although my team only has 70 Team Spirit, we played really well. Guardado, Javi García and Sergio León are beasts. I hope I can get Mbappé IN.

Even though I have frontline pressure, when playing with the Wingers Advanced Instruction ON, I feel more comfortable waiting for a counter-attacking or for building-up from the start.
Loving this game so much.
EDIT: Transfer window shut down: Mbappé IN, Samu Castillejo IN; Adán OUT. Yep, transfer window is a little bit random: Asensio to Ajax... hahaha but well, I can live with it. I want Asensio here :3.
EDIT 2: Just noticed that we don't start with pre-season tournaments because 1st season starts right off September and not July. I think that's good.
And I prefer this "fantasy-oriented" way with Master League. People said that the first season no one should sign X players: the summer transfered ones. But I understand that people wants it to be as realistic as it can be ^^.

Started a ML campaign yesterday
Torino,20 min,manual pass.
And I'm having fun
3 games in

Yes, I also like Real Madrid, but maybe I will play with them when I master this game and in SS. For now, Real Betis is a solid choice to test myself

It's time for more Fulham! Pardon the screenshots, there's plenty of them but I just want to showcase all new funny thingies I've noticed.
What's up with the goddamned faces?! Osako just can't believe how much money will he earn in Fulham. He's like ooo watashi wa many honouru to pray for you arigatai gozaimaru or some other anime words.
Well he's bit old, but he's good, I have faith in him!
You get a nice little summary of your players who are summoned to their NTs now, it shows the picture and caps. Nice little thing
This is a good one. Parker has got General Team Role and it upped my salary budget a bit.
It's a crying shame I've sold him few days later innit. I mean, you might argue he's great and stuff, and he is, but he's 35 years old and I would rather have some younger players take his place, get some skills, team spirit and maybe grab Youth Prospect or Protege role or sth. Nothing personnel, Steve.
This pops up when you try to negotiate with players who refused your offer now. Gotta say I had a good laugh, and I appreciate honesty
Look konami I know database and reserach and edit mode is hard, but 38 years old youth prospect ffs what is wrong with you.

Speaking of transfers, we've sold some people I have no need for, acquired Perica, Osako, Kapustka and Winks - some young CMF from Tottenham. I say let's give young Anglos a chance, why not? No reinforcements in the back, had some ideas but we'll be good for now.
So we get into Championship and it's more or less good. No scripturings, no actual pain, just generally enjoyable time. Some you win, some you lose, it's all nice.
In FA Cup 1st Round we're paired against Huddersfield, and match's highlight is Stipe Perica literally killing the goalkeeper inside his goal with ferocious manual bombshot. Niiiiice
We keep going, our Team Spirit slowly rises, then we come to face Liverpool in FA Cup 2nd round. Perica scores an easy one in the first half. I start fooling around and Liverpool does literally nothing to stop me. They get a grip very late in the game and I get punished in 82nd minute. Extra time ensues and lo and behold Lovren, of all people who are taking part in this game, gives Liverpool a lead. No, I say no to this!
Fulham responds with all out blitzkrieg on maximum attack setting. First Cairney scores from a corner kick, and few minutes later Kapustka wraps up our massive counterattack with nice finish. Liverpool is dead and buried and I like it this way
Perica keeps on killing goalies and - I was waiting for this to happen forever since PES 2017 - he's given a nickname. Wow!
Cobra sounds good enough for a serial killer I guess.
After Liverpool however we have some real trouble in Championship. Few goalless draws, even shitty loss against Sheffield Wednesday...we crush Middlesborough 4-1 and Kapustka scores a nice longshot, albeit on Basic shooting - since I was testing it for fun. I'm gonna stick to manual some more methinks.
We've bounced back in the last game, Milwall got its ass kicked mercilessly. I was complaining about Osako a lot actually, he just wasn't in the zone, missing a lot of opportunities, being just a clueless little arse, but in this match he's really awakened and did all the work. Good for him! Ayite is really waiting behind his back to jump back into starting eleven...
League at the moment. We're up there, and I want to avoid play-offs so I'm hoping to catch up with Hull and Sunderland eventually. If I'll have my way this winter with transfers (my wishlist just keeps growing) Fulham should demolish Championship, same as Spezia demolished Serie B in my PES 2017 Master League.
Team at the moment. Liking the formation, but players movement not much. Might switch to short-pass counterattack, but above all I need a fluid formation. Any ideas? I'm not good at this, I'm filthy casul!

This thread is awesome.
I'm currently 5th with my Valencia side and joint top of the EL group. Haven't played all that many games yetvand after starting very well, have dropped a few points. I think I got a little overconfident and tried to push the games too much, gone back to patience and now a lot better.
Rodrigo has been an absolute animal for me, scored 8 league goal already and top scorer in la Liga. I scored such a sweet goal with him and thought I saved it but must have been too excited and messed it up haha. Played it through to him wide left, took it inside, beat the defender then absolutely fired it straight over the keeper, bar and in. it was the most satisfying strike I've had so far. The way the keeper dived and the way it came off the bar but not straight down was amazing.
After my actual football match today I'll post up some screens and a couple of vids.

After a few tough games I had Ascoli Picchio in the second leg of Coppa Italia's first round.
Stunning game,when this game clicks,forget all others!
Just beautiful,pace, movement,how you can wait for your opponent to come close,then just make a little move and his gone.
Bellottis little move in the end,ace!
Like I said different ml later on,playing with a created player in this one a 81 ovr,but I need the practice,God I need it!
