Playable games don't need the graphics - (sometimes) the fact that they look so unrealistic (e.g. Samba de Amigo) makes it more fun.
Look at what the crowds were wowing at in E3: Gears of War and Killzone 2. Even with the Wii, people were talking more about Red Steel than the other games :roll:
but i still think unlike the 360 (no pun intended) the ratio of shooting games to other games (with more originality and that are also decent as well) is still commendable. ..................(favorites in bold

......and before you post back, i know thats not all the "shoot em' up"/"first person shooter" titles (in your post) coming out on the ps3 but trust me that list(non first person shooters) goen on and on. yes "shooters" are rapidly increasing but so are normal games with more originality, thing is i can only say that for the PS3.
