Yeah mate, Band Quickplay is all that's available for a band online, and you can all play one off songs together.

dagz did you try re downloading through the in game RB store?

and i think the ps store purchase history is great - it keeps a list of everything you've download so you don't have to search for everything bit by bit.

In-game store didn't work either, said there was a problem. Had to go through the download history and it worked fine then. How long does the history go back for?

im not that sure but mine had everything i had download since last september - did you in game on your US account as well?

Oh, for importers, last I checked, all the songs that were $1 on a week by week basis on the dollar menu promotion are now all $1. We were going to buy the Boston one individually, but ended up buying the entire Boston pack, anyway. :D

I noticed the McDonalds $1 menu promotion had kept going a few weeks ago - i assumed it was a glitch.

I'll have to put RB back on the PS3 soon - ive been addicted to Bad Company, MGS4 and Civ so ive not played it for a while now. I've just been waiting for some better DLC to come across instead of "Talentless shouters singing 'bleeding wrists' and 'The Hubbas singing Rock Hard Thrasher' and any other indy bands they grab on the cheap.

I have a feeling they're holding back on a lot of the DLC now for RB2 later in the year - and that Who thing about the masters being stolen, balls to it... just get a cover band to do the tracks or do some dubbing and mix a cover band with the real singing.

Ah man, the Offspring stuff will absolutely rock - I love those songs, takes me back to my youth!

I'll be looking forward to those. Makes you wonder how many 100s of songs Harmonix has stored up... release 'em you feckers!!

Gonna grab Paramore and Faith No More. The others (besides the last two which I already have) don't sound like something I'd enjoy.

The drums look awesome dont they!?

Dont know how they can add on 3 more drum parts and integrate that within the game. I assume they will just double up one of the colours as an alternative if you want.

I can see some real life bass players loving that double strummer too...

The drums look great but if those cymbals are just for show and do the same as the other drum pads, I can't see myself ever having the time in the middle of a fast song to think "that drum is now a cymbal, so I'm going to start hitting the cymbal for this bit" - they'll never get used.

They look the business though. I hope they're more customisable - my legs are like telegraph poles, ideally the pedal needs to be 2ft further in-front of me but I can't move away because then I can't reach the drums. :eh:

That'd be cool.

Infact, there is a guitar too (not MadCatz) that works on PS3 and will work in RB,GH3 AND the older GH1 and 2 for PS2 on PS3.

Meant to be a really nice guitar too. "Nyarko" rings a bell, but I dont know why...

Dont see the point of those drums at all? And if they add extra drums on the next RB i'll be well pissed off.

The drums look far better than the stock drums, I might have to pick those up I think. I'm interested in the guitar too.
