Coop Story mode is 2 players only. But I bet you can do Coop terrorist hunt (where you go through a map at a time killing all terrorists in a team), will be up to 4 player :)).

Therien also revealed that there won't be a demo version of Vegas 2. "We took the decision to spend our time on polishing the game and the demo option was cut," he said. "It's really time-consuming to create a demo and we needed the dev time to finish our game."

yeah me too but what im saying is that if there is no demo your gonna have to fork out £40 for what may be a shit game becuase you cant test it first

They aint changed much at all so we all know what to expect from this game

if you liked the first you will like the second its as simple as that

Im going from a multiplayer point of view though, becuase the single player side wasnt good in the first one so i guess why its a low score

Got it in one. Although I did think it was quite a poor review. They didn't even mention the run feature in multiplayer which I thought would be quite a big new aspect.

But yeah, basically they say multiplayer is as good as ever and single player is good but nothing new. Very similar to RS: Vegas.

Similar from Edge - 7s.

Said the environments are worse than 1 - more bland and not as exciting. Areas are too big and boring to trudge around.

Like the MP class system of leveling up though, like COD4 - may be interested in that.

Saying that, on the opposite page, Army of Two - 4/10 - my copy is arriving tomorrow :D I knew they would score it low and I thought after I looked, "as long as it scores more than Lost.. which i then found got 3/10"...

IGN gave the 360 version 8.4 and the PS3 version 8.2, they say both have slowdown issues with the PS3 having a bit more.

The only problem though is if its like Vegas 1 you dont see any of the story at all, you just play the levels

I am really looking forward to this. I think we are all pleased they havent fucked about too much with the gameplay, should be easy enough to pick up and play

Yeah deffo we can get or ranking uo that way. Also you may have to play the game with a major erection from looking at my face. Thats why CW did as well with the multiplayer last time, it's so hard to shoot his little peanut head.

Eurogamer review - the conclusion:

"On the downside, the overall technology hasn't really moved on in two years. GRAW felt like one of the first games to make the generational leap, but Vegas 2 stands still. There's no doubt the game has the capacity, on occasion, to hold its own against the best Unreal Engine 3-powered shooters, but that's all it does. Worse, screen-tearing issues are still rampant, and texturing is often alarmingly bland. For a full-priced product pitched as a full sequel, you'd expect a bit more - especially when you consider you can pick up the original for probably less than half the price if you shop around. Overall, Vegas 2 feels like an incremental expansion, despite the success of the character-creation feature. The annoying thing is that with a bit more investment these quickfire sequels would feel like true follow-ups, which would go a long way with those of us who've been following the series for the past ten years. As it is, we'll still go to Vegas, but we'll be grumpy on the way home."
