I only questioned you, btw.

I'll leave you to it, but surely its impossible to truly judge what's fair and what isn't until you play the final game yourself. Jumping behind 7/10 scores because they are realistic is...funny.

But its OK, I think everyone knows what your intentions are now.

I think everyone should buy a PS2 and play PES 2010 on that, got the Gazzetta demo and love it :))

really dissapointed with the edit mode,same again this year,not enough spaces from emblems(40) for every unlicenced team in the game,and stiil no changing the nationality of league c players.konami fucks up again

It is, but you can't deny what he's saying, because it's simply all true. When you see the glaring errors and mishaps being mentioned 1 by 1 you can't help yourself but smirk and concur, because each and everyone one of us has experienced them, and will continue to. Now some of us can overlook them and move on, but when you're reviewing a game you can't ignore them, and you have to respond accordingly.

I think 7 is a fair score. The problem Konami have is playing catchup, They'll have to wait for the next hardware systems to try and regain the crown.

I think this quote sums it up though

"Next to PES 2009, it's still a big improvement all told, but next to FIFA, as it inevitably must be, it's still a poor second choice"

Still 6.9/10 means the game is still better than...let's say World Championship Snooker 2007 which only got a miserable 6.8/10 on the same site....:SHOCK:

But maybe the review code are a couple of months old...

Despite the 6.9, he still had some very nice things to say which I agree with. I think it's the best written review so far.

yes I see your point, but flashy graphics are not what makes me choose my football game.

And also, PS2 graphics aren't so bad. yes very poor against nextgen, but not as if stick men lol

Ronaldo can actually do that in real life, he strikes them good.

PESa will always have lower valuations of FIFA's ,because the biggest problem of the series is exactly the strongest PES side : The more you play , the more become sweet and you want more and more .
While the FIFA is the exact opposite . FIFA is shit , wrapped whit sugar glaze . At first glance, is sweet but after a few matches reaching nature of things - Namely, shit.
Should not be paying so much attention to such reviews, most are not objective

Graphics are less important then animations. The next gen running animations are terrible. It takes away from the game's atmosphere.
