Serie B already has been in previous PES games, but not fully licensed, only real playernames (like Premier league).
So I guess to be fully licensed.
Serie B itself said they are in negotiations with Konami and EA. But that was some months ago, I haven't heard any updates.
 
do you know if the league fake europe where the bundesliga was created will always be there? and also the other European league?

Oh no, I know they're already in as they are. I'm unconvinced they'll be negotiating about a licence though as they've got more on their plate to worry about considering they've only got 19 teams out of 22 registered at the moment. Serie B is in crisis right now, whatever licensing they do likely won't accurately reflect the teams in the league.

Yes fake leagues will probably still be in PES and other european too (schalke is in this and other bundes teams)

- demo will have adjustable game time plus online mode (we knew that)
- miss hitting passes and more variety in shooting (positioning)
- third year in a row the game speed seems to decrease
- visible fatigue is a nice addition

nothing new to us in this article.
 
Brilliant news about the Turkish league (and Stadium) . And Celtic with Celtic Park, good stuff Konami. Shame about the delay for kits but that's an inconvenience I can deal with for a short while

If Serie B is in, Colombian league on top of the other new leagues, with Portugal official now the OF and kit makers lives should be a bit easier. If there's still the OET section with a decent amount of teams, then we might be able to get some interesting teams that might not usually have made the cut last year and before.

Some of it is a little worrying...
After the presentation, Konami invited us to play the demo, which will be released on August 8th. This will be released on PS4, Xbox One and - exclusive! - also PC, with adjustable match duration and for the first time even faster online matches. Here, obviously someone has understood exactly what the main selling point of his game is and they have delivered accordingly. Very commendable.

Probably google translate mistake. That's Quick Match in English. Also it contradicts they say the game speed is even slower this year as translated by @PRO_TOO

I did think it was at odds with some of the other comments and that it might be referring to matchmaking. Phew.
 
Looking at the ID collection only the Swedish, Norwegian and Polish teams are missing now (besides lower divisions and unachievable leagues like Bundesliga). They said that there can be more than two new leagues (Turkey and Colombia). Would be great to see the above as well.

And I want to see the teams from Wales, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Luxemburg, Gibraltar and San Marino in Other European Teams :LMAO:
