Isn't that just because it's a licensed stadium, so it comes with the real adboards? Isn't that normal?

There's no reason why not. Unless a sponsor really objects to it - but I mean, bear in mind that Fulham's kits are in FIFA and they have PES written on the back of them, so. I don't see any sponsor being like "take us out of the game". Though I doubt Konami would put EA logos in for some reason...

Look at some gameplay from PES 2019, in the Veltins Arena are even real sponsor adboards like R+V.

Yeah I have accounts for most Regions and I only ever use them once a year for PES!!

they do it with all Premium-Stadia and the audi Logo part of the turkey distributor for these brands of Dogus Group which are a big sponsor of Fenerbahce

There were a lot of hints that the turkish league is fully licensed.
And there are some hints that the Columbian league is fully licensed, too. Stay tuned.

All I can tell you is that Konami is in negotiations with the Serie B.
