The grass looks much brighter on the monitors but it's actually what we're looking at, like in real stadiums where what's on the camera is shown on the monitors.
 
sorry for the off topic but thinking about the mass system in pes 2014 with the right analogue stick I was going to download to have a few games but I cant remember where to get the digital download. I know its not on steam but my hungover brain cant remember where i bought it. any clues

I'm not saying i'll like it, but it's a logical step given how they don't care about ML and seem to focus only on myclub for the future, creating something like this and online based combined with microtransactions is something i'd expect Konami would pull. Advertise it like a "new mode" next year or few years to, as if it's fresh and original and as if they can't think of 20 other good fun modes.

Gran Turismo games implement that very easily and smoothly too. Time/weather/etc progression slower for shorter games, faster in longer etc.

Also, no Colombian league at Colombian event doesn't mean it won't be there. I expect them to announce it with a trailer in a few days and coming "shortly after release" or something.
 
@Pyro GTS has dynamic time of day!? thats new to me! thought it was just standard settings like, morning, mid day, afternoon, night to choose from before the race.
sure, other games did a good job on that, like PC2! but i'm pretty sure GTS time of day isnt dynamic! ;)

as i said, i'm good with 2-4 settings to choose from (static). real time transition, like in the enlighten video, would be awesome... but (sadly) not gonna happen i guess. konami style... ^^

i still have hopes for the licensed col. league. not that i'm familier with it, but everything new (teams, player, stadiums) to try out is fine for me! :)

edit: uuuh... nice, Fulham vs. ath. Bilbao live on german sky sport hd! what a nice turn of events... on this boring saturday at work! :D

Yes it's exactly that. I don't really care about presentation "off the game", i don't find it horrendous or whatever, it's just as basic as FM originall skin.
But those scoreboard, stats, and whatever is appearing while you play a game, so all that is when you play a match... All seems faded.
I don't know, we play a fucking football game, not viewing an episode of Man Men.

The yellow/golden looks like the color underpants which have survived several decades
 
I can’t believe they still haven’t fixed broadcast cam. Very disappointing.

Can anyone direct me to the clearest,sharpest gameplay vid? There are now so many, and I’m just trying to find a proper 1080 feed.

I think it's not a stock photo. It's just a smaller version of the whole image you see while playing. The grass looks lighter because they made everything over-exposed on the smaller image in the monitors. Look at the monitor on the smaller image, it almost looked white. The crowd that are not covered with stadium shadows looks white too.

I'm not hoping for them to copy the competition and give us the option to set the exact time, I just want my damn afternoon option! Hope you're right and we'll get those settings.

I think it's quite clear he is not the one taking decisions in the dev team. Consider he also is a great fan of Master League, he always has been, but if they tell him Master League is not a priority he just accepts that.
 
So a friend of mine who has played the game said that the passing stats doesn't affect the CPU. Any team can do tiki taka with 90% to 95% passing completion. So I guess it is another PES where it's harder to beat Coventry City than Real Madrid.

Good news is that on PA1, the better the passing stats your controlled player have, the lesser the mistakes which is good to know. Not sure why they can't implement that for the CPU AI.

+ what i have seen so far , also speed stats doesnt matter at all . Its like another year all players have same speed ,shoot , passing stats..... soulless experience and game breaker for me.

Probably another purpse online play design..meaningless stats equals means a more level playing field. You can play online as your favourite team e.g.stoke and still have a chance against Barcelona...obviously ruins moses like ML..i miss those old days when buying a particular player in ML actually changed your team

Maybe if they want to please the Russians they could actually put some effort into it. From the video they posted it seems like they've half arsed it where most of the players won't have been created accurately and there's nothing to differentiate Russia from any other league.

We hear the old excuse about Konami are small etc but they're still a multi billion dollar company. Not 2 guys making a game in their basement via kickstarter. While I appreciate they're not EA size, I think we've allowed them to fall back on this excuse far too often over the years.

If so, then every game v the cpu is going to feel very samey again. Too many football fundamentals/basics still missing for me. The Power Of Football - more like playing ice hockey or Speedball 2. Not holding out much hope for a descent master league campaign once again. Arcade fest ahoy!
