I don't think it's part of normal gameplay cam. You can see the coaching bench in the background. That's pretty unlikely.
Obviously there's still a chance that Konami chose the "wrong" side ^^

@Chilleverest It is. Not on the image but in the tweet

But the second clip is not the PES clip ?
On the actual moving gif on twitter it was..

..just another point re realism apart from drastically improving the lighting n grass texture this year..its the player physics that make this scene from pes2019 look so realsitic. Pes has this pretty spot on. As silly as it sounds...its one of the major reasons i cannot play fifa.

The last bit where a long ball goes from the Shalke player to the striker, who then controls the ball and scores... from the gameplay camera (I hope that's a new camera they are showing there because it's awesome) looks very impressive graphically. Very lifelike.

Yeah, lighting is great and very similar to real life but why don't they make the picture larger? At this size it's quite simple to make Pes appear super realistic, i honestly don't like this kind of misleading comparisons.

What Pes lacks to be more visually realistic is crowd animations and flags, lots of flags. Also empty spaces between the crowd, not every stadium is full everytime a match plays.

I think that is not from gameplay camera, this is from goal highlights/replay camera.

This is cheapest I’ve seen in uk. Simply games and shopto have same price.
Anyone else found cheaper?

I anticipate that Simply Games will match the price of £34.85 as that's what I paid last year. I'm holding off to pre-order until it drops to that price, as Simply Games are pretty much reliable to deliver early.

the online function in a demo is amazing truly. everyone can test the quality
The more I think about it, the more I'm impressed by the decision. It's pretty ballsy of them putting it side by side with the offline side. We all saw the transition between beta and final release last year and it wasn't good. They're putting it all out on the table in the demo and that's got to be praised.

It's completely against my stance on legends but if I could have Beckham in all the offline modes without fucking about then I'd probably buy it as he was a staple of my PES experience when I firat started playing.
For an extra 7 quid il get that version but il see what the demo is like first as every year I pre order then stop playing by October

As someone who has embraced the dark digital future almost fully, I could see myself pre-ordering this game. I really like to have a game ready to play the moment it is out. Here's the problem though, the only reward available for pre-ordering is MyClub stuff that I will never use. I wish Instead they would knock a few bob off for pre-ordering. That would do it for me.

it is mate, great move by Konami.

personally speaking I'm liking the timing of the demo, preview code at Glasgow on the 2nd then not long to wait for the demo.

good point I'll mention this at Glasgow

I'm not particularly impressed by the Shalke 04 bit, not because it isn't nice to see but because I think 2018 already had a good level of photorealism under the right circumstances.

Time to see if they also put some good substance pad in hand now :D

Agreed. It's a smart move. Brings both offline and online crowds together as a result. Now, there is no excuse of it being just an "Online" beta that stressed the multiplayer format. It's everything, all at once. We experience this code together, and will be able to tell for sure if there were any changes in the final release code. The value that always sticks out, to me, is the difference between an exhibition match vs a League/Master League match. When there is something to lose, there must be sacrifices made somewhere - hopefully not too many in 19.

It's gonna be really interesting to try out PA1 online in the demo, last year I was convinced they had found a nice balance between stats and assistance in the Beta but then, as we all know that changed for some reason.

Exactly, you spoke my mind. So NOT Konami. I applaud that.

In fact, these past couple of days I started wondering whether or not I should pre-order.
But I think I'm going to stick to my word and not buy it until there's a reasonable price drop off or a considerable discount later on. I don't like certain decisions they've made and I need to exercise my right as a customer. It's the only way to let them know about it.

Cameras. No gameplay sliders. No real info on how this "Enlighten" thing is actually going to work. Etc.

Good for you.

Well said. I made the mistake of pre-ordering PES 2018 because of the online beta and didn't cancel despite the awful demo. I'll be holding off until I see some impressions on here and most likely will wait a bit for the price to come down because the offline mode is going to be pretty bare.
