Don't want to burst your bubble, but... they are yet to describe how enlighten will work.
We don't know the real effect ingame. All we've seen is a trailer, with no players, no crowd, nothing ON the pitch. Just showing Camp Nou changing light and shadows. But we haven't seen any of that happening in an actual match.
So it will probably work in some cheap way, NOT REAL TIME, and that's why the minimum/recommended requirements are so average. I've been angry at this for months and no one really seemed to pay attention.

That's exactly what I was thinking.

And it's not just Konami, most companies do this.

60% of people is using res. 1920 x1080, 14% of them is in the 1366 x 768 at least according to steam survey. You don't want to inform 1.2% of 4K owner leaving other 60% in doubt :D.

Anyway, small thing though HD 7870 is minimum requirement at 1280 x 720. PS4 is about HD 7850 GPU power, so no HQ graphic at 1080 resolution ? IIRC, those footage from twitter is from PS4 Pro..
