yeah, its the time difference, im from australia and alot of other countries will have theres on the 12th im on the 13th
As much as I like PES14 R-stick control for balance (my favorite feature), that's a good point. It's too clean, based on user input, not enough stat-based errors...yet another flattened thing. Good point about stats = a form of scripting....it's pretty hard to find the balance.

U lucky son of a gun jimi...I did same last year...US version, then later AU physical copy as I couldn't play a few of my Aussie mates on line(they all got Au ver). So this year I've gone the physical AU version from eBay supplier city_of_games...bought it only few hours ago, n the seller reckons he'll have it in stock ready to express post either tomorrow 13 Tues, or 14 We'd...so hoping to get it we'd Thurs or please god no later than Friday...JB n EB..both updated their release date to 22nd sept...stuff them...
Does the AU version share servers with the EU version? Or are they on their own independent servers?
Also, does anyone know if the American version in 17 will be on American servers, like the years before?
disappointing they still have the game region locked.

...yep that's reason I got Aussie version...it's region locked...aust n euro are same online...US can only play US servers.

When someone makes a patch that fixes all this, not just the correct kits etc... I'll pay for it. (I tried to fix all this myself last year and it was a nightmare, especially when you have 15/16 and 16/17 versions of some of the South American teams, i.e. loads of dupes.)

If someone cracks the encryption, I'm really excited. The files don't appear to be encrypted Sony save files that you can't break down because of the security measures they have to prevent trophy cheats etc., they seem to be Konami's own files (still encrypted but with no Sony stuff over the top) - and if someone cracks the encryption, then there are plenty of talented people who might put together a PC-based editor for everything within the file, which would make every patcher's life a lot easier (especially gameplay-editors who could make global attribute changes a lot more easily).

The PESGalaxy OF for PS4 will include this and it's for free. Don't pay money for Option files!

... I know this has been asked previously (and I apologise for not being assed to find an answer and asking it again instead), but if I do get and option file (thinking of buying pesuniverse's which comes out on release date), does this affect the day one official update that komani are supposedly releasing day one??? I mean, when I get the game, should I first dload the day one update from konami, and then import the pesuniverse option file... or first import the pesunivers option file and then the konami update.. or does one just use option files (meaning its not necessary to dload konami's official DL's apart from patch updates??). Again im sure someone has already asked this, so I apologise in advance ... 
btw, when I say pesuniverse, im also referring to any other option file on offer... as im still undecided which one I will go for. I have nothing against buying a product that people have put hard work into, and that increase the joy of my gaming ..

I just love the PESUniverse kits, but I've not looked into PESGalaxy. Does that come with kits too? Isn't that the one that Klashmann's working on realistic tactics for?

Desperate to get it early (but not so desperate that I'll buy it from the US store and have multiplayer issues) so I've pre-ordered with ShopTo. Should arrive on Thursday, but there's a slim chance of it arriving on Wednesday.

Different teams will yield different results. It will be based on Frontline Pressure vs All Out Defence, and/or the aggressiveness of pressing settings.
What it generally means is that, if you're playing online, you'll probably want to have an alternative formation which is press-intensive, so you can switch to it if somebody tries to exploit the game.

I'm very jealous! The UK store version unlocks at midnight on Thursday, but ShopTo (they're a UK retailer) usually send the game out early (in-fact, I've just spoken to their support team and they've told me they're sending out orders today and tomorrow, so HOPEFULLY it should arrive between tomorrow and Wednesday).
This desperation for a game takes me back to being a kid...
You're a bigger man than me Deco, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the demo about five times now. Couldn't even stop myself doing the webchat thing with ShopTo and asking when they'll post it (I noticed that the release date is Thursday rather than Friday).

I don't like that. If Joe Hart was in goal I could see it, but that's an easy grab for most keepers. Still, after many hours with the demo I'm quite happy with the keepers this year.

Yeah not great, but like you I'm pretty happy with the keepers this year. The above is fine if it happens rarely enough, players make mistakes... imagine if Lucas' pass to Vardy on Saturday was done by the AI!
