I switched to default speed as well. Isn't as hectic as I initially thought. Maybe was too tired lol. Or maybe because I'm using led instead of plasma now. Don't know.

I thought it was too quick at the start as well.. . but it actually feels the right speed to play the game even though I usually play -1 in most Pes games .. . . makes for exciting gameplay.

I have not tried manual prior to this demo so forgive my noobiness, but how do you put the curl on and adjust the height?

I have invested in the latest LG OLED 4K and the upscaling to 4K is stunning. I'll get some still pics over later. Anyone who is able to afford one of these sets should get one. The pixels turn off at black levels so they are pure black, honestly looks stunning!
Well the height is obviously the direction that you point the stick up or down and I either use R2 or move the stick after kicking in a curling motion if that makes sense. . . .sometimes it works.

I play PES on my LG FULL HD 60 " Plasma TV . The good think in Plasma that is no delay , no motion blur, true black and great collors .
Yeah, in OLED 4k TV, the game must look, move and feel amazing too (how is input lag there btw ? ), but in LED or LCD you can't expect the same motion quality as Plasmas or OLED .

The LG is buttery smooth and due to the extra pixels it has helped with the anti aliasing. The full game is going to be a feast for the eyes.

Gotta say after 16 which I despised and thought it was on a par with 2012 for being a terrible game I am loving 2017.
Every game even a 0-0 is highly enjoyable just like it used to be, some of the contextual animations are very good, would still prefer more individuality in the shooting, too many weak foot shots for me that test the keepers too much, keepers though are pretty amazing, admittedly they could come off their line a little more on the rare one on one occasions but scoring for the most part feels rewarding.
Some goals can feel a little cheap especially in the build up where it feels its been given to you and crossing feels a little odd, not really sure that double-triple tapping is working as it should?
Cannot wait for Master League, wish they would bring back an option to do a classic master league where you win points as your currency not cash.

As I understand it, the control setup widely recognised and accepted as manual uses advanced through balls. These are a lot easier to play those little lay-off passes with, or the little glanced flick off the outside of the foot for a runner to burst past. You can do these with manual pass too, but it's a real bugger to get the pass light enough to not fly off.
Has anybody noticed that keepers don't really tip the ball over the bar? Every save seems to be pushing the ball wide. It makes some of the saves for particularly hard shots look a bit weird.
Was going to go for the OLED as well but decided against it as I thought it hasn't matured yet compared to LEDs. The TV I got also has one of the best input lags for 55" and above TVs. Blacks looked great on it as well so I couldn't resist. PES 2017 looks phenomenal on it and I can finally put my plasma behind me now.
There's an option under colour space called 'Native' that puts more emphasis on greens and reds. Although 'Auto' looks more realistic, in PES 2017 it looks washed out and I prefer lush green pitches, which 'Native' gives me and looks great now. (Native is supposed to work best with HDR, but oh well
)You sure? The keeper tipped the ball over the bar a number of times for me, from hard shots yes.
Yesterday my keeper decided to tip the ball in his own net trying to push the ball away from a CK :/

I even seen the same type of save two in a row and i admit it it was a bit weird but the outcome made me wow as the keeper once pushed the ball over the bar and once on to the bar giving me a heart attack

Shooting is way too accurate in general but defensive awerness and keepers balance it.

started playing with manual shooting in 2017 for the first time last night! really enjoyed it. i loooove the hard shots into the bottom corner of the goal! lovely stuff! the angle in goal direction (with the stick) could be a little wider, if you know what i mean. will have some more matches tonight to test it.
since the demo was released i played every night at least 10 matches. at my day of i played for 5 hours straight! guess "just one more game" feeling is back for me. hope its gonna last... (longer than 2016)!

I'm using manual passing and basic shooting.
It's probably placebo but sometimes I have the feeling that manual passing affects shooting too.
My shots from out of the box with long rangers with high kicking power go aside or over the goal very very often or the keeper parries it.
But I wouldn't wanna tone down or up anything here.
I'm sure with PA1 I had more goals, but maybe also because I had more direct passes in the box, which is still hard for me on manual.
Also crosses, but I'm getting better slowly

Wow, feedback overall seems to be definitely more positive than in previous years. I must say this is extremely encouraging. If the final game holds up I might finally pull the trigger on a PS4!

The game is.really good. Scored some long ranger recently and it feels good.
Back on the animations, the problem is that community compliains so much about the responsive input that konami decided to do this way. Floating dribling with too many touches on the ball. Running, jocking, animations without the ball are top quality!
PES fans prefers to fell like controlling a "rock and roll.racing" car than controlling a.football player.

If you look at the ref he does point to the corner flag. Things like this do happen in real life so it adds realism

never had that happening to me.
This happened to me once last year. Scored and then I was given a corner. But I only saw it once. I don't even remember it happening until you mentioned it, that's how long ago it was, so it didn't bother me. I hope it's not frequent.

Wow...after many many years i throw my fist in the air after an R2 goal with Messi
i passed to Inieasta instead of shooting from free kick then he sent it right back then Messi curled a low controlled shot from 25 trough 16 players in the bottom left corner
It felt much more special when right after i got a chance to shoot with him again but miserably failed and sent it down the middle make it as an easy catch for Cech. Also with Neymar i tried to pull one off from the edge of the box right after but Cech saved it superbly.
