PES 2016 News & Discussion Thread

Excuse me?

I'm ignorant because I choose to wait for the demo and try it myself for a game I'm going to pay for instead of relying on silly images and videos and other people's opinions?

Wow.
actually, its called wisdom.

why play on regular again? keepers look horrible this way
also the ballphisycs...it, it just LOOK the same as last year, every ball is straightforward, no bouncing, no rolling, no missed pass (only interception), only the unexperienced player kicked the ball everywhere, but that doesnt count

looks like the perfect first touches are still there, doesn't matter if it's while changing directions or a long pass and the receiving player is running full speed, ball is glued everytime

collissions do look much better

:BLINK::(( is this really it!??

the gameplay must feel fantastic to ignore everything else. only difference i see is that it looks sharper, otherwise it looks just like PES 2015. footplanting and running looks worse though.

Will the editing part be the sellingpoint this year?

:PRAY:hoping they are just holding back for gamescom cause this doesn't look improved at all

Anyone realise that the fatigue system is still broken, players out of stamina by first half again.

Gameplay only video:

as i wrote on my site, this video is good and positive for me. The guys seem to have fun playing it and made it look a fun and solid product, the defensive issues we talked about where all on show, then again at this stage its not about that at all, it's simply showing a few improvements the general fluidness compared to last year.

It is not. Actually, it's too late.

Last year, half of the things I was worried in the PES 2015 E3 videos, became true in the final game upon release.

Konami (and EA as well) change little to nothing after the E3 videos. And whatever they do change, it's usually for worse.

Oh my god get over yourself. Games improve / change with patches saying E3 code is final is a little silly. I am not for % build talk but you are being irrational and a bit melodramatic

If you didnt enjoy PES2015 you may as welll move on PES2016 is not for you

San Siro in the home screen (Champion's League final stadium, too bad already in the game)

So we have the St. Jakob-Park in the game (Europa League final stadium)

Yeesssssssss -One improvement I was praying for...you can now do all your tactical changes from one screen was annoying going out to select playing position

That last video that Thomas posted is superb

I am loving the look of the player interaction with the ball. It looks free yet easy to control

This is not easily achieved imo

It's night and day. The game looks very realistic. And it flows better than any FIFA I've ever seen.

Playstation access video looks mint, makes the gamespot vid look like a bag of ass.
Hilarious off pitch run by Reus at about 5:08 :D But so many nice tumbles and things going on and that save that Lami mentioned, fantastic.

It's hardly a big deal but I love the new PES ball! it looks like a proper old school football from long range. Best original PES ball ever, I would say.

Pes 2016 is going to be mad expensive for me this year, since I'm getting a PS4 as well. But I'm excited. The hype train is out of the station and I'll probably be laying tracks for it myself!
