I have a feeling this will be a true revamp, as long as they don't make the transfer system something like MyClub..


By this time of the day next week i'll be playing it and no details whatsoever, thats weird but i kinda like it

So far i can see on my mobile, it says complete overhaul and new transfer system...last year transfers sucked..you could buy any player that you want, no matter what league or club..so hoping for best
 
Have now played the PES 16 and Fifa 16s demo Ive always favoured PES but this year Fifa is miles better. Pes has no fouls this year and thats not football, for me thats a game breaker and I wont be buying.

i have always thought FIFA player models look like chimpanzees: freakishly wide deformed shoulders like clothes hangers, also the fact that the fonts/numbers stretch ridiculously with the player movement looks hideous to me.
I'd rather have generic cheap uniforms rather than 7 Galatasaray kit options with latex uniforms.

Im not trying to bash fifa, it's just that it's not appealing at all to me.

I feel the same way about FIFA. When I hear people saying it looks better than PES I get interested and have am look at it and each time I cannot see what people are seeing that makes it look better.

FIFA looks odd, it always has.

Both games has it's ridiculous old things for many many years showing areas, that were not addressed for 5-10 years

Fifa:
- fonts/numbers stretch in a very strange way
- strange models, bad faces
- ridiculous EA add boards everywhere
- very unrealistic nets (I'm mean, come-on, those net styles are nowhere to seen in reality, and it's the same for many many years

PES
- supporter flags I think were imported from the PS2 years (how ate all the pies and co.)
- referee animations, faces the same for ages
- very strange looking stadium stuff running around during match in suits..
etc. etc..
 
unfortunately that's true, i really enjoyed PES 2013.
playing a ML in the spanish league was amazing with all the stadia and ambience..

well, let's hope there's something good for us under Konami's sleeve for the franchise's 20th anniversary
 
I agree the player models are better in PES but the overall visuals and lighting are better in FIFA for me...anyway the deciding factor for me will be what the master league looks like , kit import , option file import and the big 2 refs and AI fouls..if PES doesn't have fouls and still has GBH tackles that go unpunished then I'll go with FIFA
 
Yep. Perfect update for me. There was no need to build ML from scratch, just add a few things to make it enjoyable. I'd like to see how the scouting and transfers work properly mind you but I am pleased about the monthly updates and the statistics
 
as mentioned in another thread, you can notice in those screenshots that Chilean and Argenitinan leagues are in the game. Not sure of how much licensed they are

So this is what we've waited for? A few screenshots with a few sentences? Why did this take so long?

The role system sounds good and the monthly statics also but the rest is nearly the same with different menues. That's not what I've expected.

And what about the new player transfer system that was announced?

No words on that. Just the information that the scouting system is a bit more detailed. But what about the rest of the transfer system? That was the most important part of the ML news for me. That's why I were so excited for the ML news.

KONAMI you've done it again. Big disappointment.
 
we will see if its enough or not. i hope there is a youth squad with reasonable player names and also team work /spirit will drop if i buy a new player and i put him in the squad, i hope in general team work will depend on whos playing and how much on the pitch
 
Oh God. agree with the youth players. Castolo and Ximenez are silly enough but aaoksgbsddie and xxorglobalob are annoying as fuck
