PES 2015 Discussion Thread (PS4/XB1)

It's clear Adam's getting frustrated because he's inundated with pointless messages and trolling and who can blame him. Why don't Konami give him a break and just set him up with an e-mail system instead? You'd have to think it's a more efficient way of getting feedback and responding to people who genuinely care than Twitter.
 
Pretty sure Konami doesn't require him to be on Twitter for more the odd tweet here and there. Knuckleheads that are pissin' and whinin' on there are gonna to buy the game anyway.
 
Forget the fact he "works for PES": Bloke has always been a douche, some people seem to randomly forget it but I don't. Deserves the majority of what he gets.

The fact he insists on replying to trolls speaks volumes.

Tone it down.The majority of that comment makes no sense.
It just makes totally negative reading here.
 
Just referring to the fact people insist in saying his actions/words are justified because he's being "abused". Generally, he's the one throwing stones to people asking questions he wants to avoid answering. He has a very long track record of it, while the aforementioned abuse is somewhat recent.

The bit stating people randomly forget it?
I mean this Adam bashing epidemic is pointless,post after post after post.
Even if he does respond badly to trolls,could You blame him?
If people want to dish it out, they should expect some return.
If You happened to meet the guy and look him in the eye and shake his hand, do You think Your opinion would still be that hes a douche?
Its the internet,it has that effect.

Figure of speech.

Actually, I tend to believe people on the internet show more of what they really are, since there's rarely any consequences.

The same way someone you meet a couple of times might seem like a nice guy and turn out to be completely different if dealt with every day.

Not saying that's the case because I don't know him obviously, however the question is still how he handled himself talking to people on forums and twitter over the years (not talking about "trolls" either, he'd be offended by innocent/legitimate questions, attack them and then play the victim card).

And I agree, bashing him is pointless, but making him "look innocent" is even more pointless.

I'm not sure what happened between you and Adam but it seems he must have hurt you deep down. You've got to move on, man and keep your distance. It'll get easier. Time heals everything. :LOL:

Finally someone sees it!

Imagine you had his job and you get tons of questions and somehow rude crap everyday.
Think of the movie "Bruce Almighty" when he gets his emails :P.

Besides that, he might get a lot more on PM´s or whatever, that we don´t get to see.

Plus, possible that the HQ lets him down by not providing him enough information that he could forward to the fans.

I think it´s easy complaining about him as an outsider, not knowing how it is being in his shoes.

THE fact that he works for PES should be the only relevant thing for us. I'm a big Miles Davis fan, i couldn't care less that he is a douche bag if i listen to his music.

And now about the feedback.


You can only give feedback if you have played the game.

It's rather telling that the only person in here that actually played the game is moderateur positive. He is not saying that "the king is back", and neither slaughtering the game. He says it's good fun, but that there is still work to do.

We all know that Konami can screw up a good 80% build.

Being a spokesperson for a video game doesn't require you to be a saint. It requires good networking skills, thats about it.

Not really sure what you guys expect. Not everyone in this world gets along! Just ignore him if you dont like him.

Dont get me wrong Anderson, I have no desire whatsoever to make Adam look innocent,or even defend him.I just happen to think streams of personal stuff written about him on here look totally negative.
It detracts from the actual game talk.
He has not hit the ground running maybe on some issues as You rightly point out re response to innocent/legit questions.Am sure he will learn,he has to.
But bottom line is its his job,he is probably by now well thought of at Konami,and in spite of the opinions being banded about,is going to be around for the duration.

Playing PES 2014 quite a lot and this never happened to me, not post patch, not pre patch, not after or before any single patch.

Gotta be careful of feedback that really happens and feedback that has been made up...

Yeah I made the same point. It's amazing how people will give feedback but when you dig deep you find out they played the game at a cousins house and noticed a few things. Very seldom do you see proper coherent complaints.

I can only imagine what it is like trying to get feedback.

Those questionaires that Konami send out must be an absolute laugh.

that's why its always impossible to please everyone.
some don't even know what they want.
some expect things to be perfect.
wouldn't want Adam's job, i can tell you that.
fact also is that if you are the spokesman for a product, you should really know what to say and how you say it.
communicating with your customers especially when they are giving negative feedback is difficult but must be done correctly.

keeping in mind that when its done over the internet it can always be seen by everyone and those that share the complaint might feel insulted if the reaction is negative.

its no small matter being the PR for PES, especially nowadays.
lets just hope that PES 2015 when released makes the job less difficult:SMUG:

I haven´t said that.

Just saying that it never happened to me, and obviously I´m not the only one.

We all get the same game and I don´t think this could happen due to different hardware setups.

Really don´t understand the rant in your post.

I´m not KONAMI´s attorney and not all hyped up, but I see things objective, that´s all.

Those faces do not look nextgen tbh, it seems like a slight upgrade to pes 2014 graphically, Something looks quite off with neymar's face i think konami needs to tweak it a bit. Would also love to see messi's face cuz last year's face was really bad

The faces look ok to me.
At least it´s not that important if they look as close as possible to their originals.

I didn´t like Manuel Neuer´s face on PES 2014, but he seems to look quite the same on PES 2015...lol.

But a big disaster was the face of Fernando Torres

Gotta be honest, a lot of the player faces in PES 2014 looked the worst I can remember in the series, even faces from like PES 2009 were better looking.

One of the worst apart from Torres's is the Santi Cazorla one, terrible looking face! the bodies look very odd too, Cazorla has a really fat wide neck on the game lol
 
Vast majority of those "faces" are during cinematics, while on PES they're always taken from replays, something these games don't have.

There is no harm if Konami releases two games next year.. A remake of PES 5 in it's 10th anniversary, and a new evolving PES as every year maybe they can get it right in the future
