The biggest difference between all those games and PES/Fifa is the budget.Ryse Second Son,Killzone ShadowFall,Infamous Second Son,Quantum Break are big budget 1st/3rd party games, that's why almost all sports games feel subpar in terms of production quality...

I didn´t accuse anyone being anything.

The only thing I said was "gotta be careful of feedback that really happens and feedback that has been made up", because it feels like there are a lot of people out there wanting the game to be shitty.

The guy said that through balls going through the player happens all the time.

It never happened to me, so it´s not 100% true, is it?

If someone disagrees to this one, then fine.
Must be a different setup then or whatever, but I wouldn´t call him a FIFA fanboy troll whatever. That´s what you came up with.

Find my observations weird, fine, but don´t imply me accusing other´s as something I never said.

You know damn well that he never wrote that or even suggested it.
I also liked PES2014 and played it a lot. It is a game with serious flaws, but IMO people like you are way too negative.

Does that make me a fanboys now ?

You just said the dude lied for no reason. Why would you say that? Honestly. And now you are saying "people" want the game to be shitty. Who? Me, the other guy?
Those that ignore everything and believe the hype every dam year are the ones supporting the downgrade in PES quality. But yeah it's not "all the time", I guess he was saying that as a figure of speech. Still, no reason to call him a liar and say people are making up feedback. When video links are being provided.

Even the suits on Konami admit PES 2014 was horrible, are we honestly debating this?

The graphics situation can well be judged by a difference in standards between Western and Japanese games. Western games put a hell of a lot of stock in graphical fidelity (I might even say too much at the detriment of other things) whereas Japanese games don't invest quite as much into them. Western games go to much greater lengths to sell games based on how good they look; Japanese games sell games on how enjoyable they are to play. That's a broad summation with certain exceptions (Final Fantasy and Metal Gear Solid spring to mind*) but it's something to remember whenever this topic rolls around. The fact that the game looks a bit better than it did on PS3 suggests that it's definitely an improvement which is using the extra oomph that the PS4 brings. That in essence is what makes it next-gen isn't it? Not the fact it looks like a television show/movie.

*In the case of those games, they look like they are made with a Western Audience in mind. I know PES sells around the globe but it still predominantly plays like a Japanese game at its core to me.

I don't understand "next-gen".
PC is always ahead of consoles because it's constantly updated hardware-wise.
So Directx11 (the super-duper-next-gen-thing that is currently being used for console graphics) was released in 2009.
2000 fucking 9.
How is that anything new?
"next-gen"-graphics doesn't exist, it's already old.

Also we should stop calling it "next-gen" when in fact it's "current-gen"(consoles are almost one year old and have two years old hardware in them).

Very true!

DirectX11 FX is the only thing I can imagine of next gen and we had that way before, like you said.

All of which are taken during cut scenes containing one/two characters. Pes has to render 22 players and officials etc. whilst keeping a steady frame rate. If you want the game to play like a slide-slow, then by all means crave visuals like that.

That said, the lighting could be improved. The Fox Engine in Silent Hills (P.T. Demo) has a far more realistic organic look.

Another black and white reaction.
In the past i've severely critisized PES. As recently as today even...

In the last 3 or 4 years i think i might have played more of the other game and i'm genuinely looking forward to the 2015 edition.

I also think EA treat us more like customers should be treated.

But with all it's very obvious and enervating flaws, a game like PES2014 feels more like real football. If you play PES (no matter how bad even the ones who were unplayable for me) you have to think like on a real football pitch. The other game does not give me that feeling.

Now let's be honest, does PES 2015/Fifa 15 look like a current-gen game?!Does it look like a game running on hardware six to eight times more powerful with ten times as much memory?!
 
If you severely criticized PES before why do you have problems with others doing the same? Why does someone else giving their opinion somehow ruins your fun?

EA is known for being douchebags but Konami specially with the PES franchise tops them in a spectacular way.

But I was never apart of the FIFA vs PES crowd and if FIFA has even worse GKs and AI I will point out those errors too, like I did in the FIFA topic with a bad ref call and no one gave me shit.

PES 2014 is not a football experience, the game is on rails like Adam and others NOW admit with poor GKs and there is no manual bar that saves it. But if you like it, that's fine. Simply don't bash other for having problems with the game and accuse them of having a devious opinion.
