when there is a throw in look at the help screen in the top right
and it says:
Change player : R1+R(analog)

its the same in ISS 98 except there is only 1 analog stick

also in the game (goalkick and fouls) you have the ability to change the left/right leg of the player
with L1 like in ISS 98

This is a question coming from somebody who hasn't judgement either PES2015 or the other game (i will buy both and hope both are excellent, but you canonly judge them when you play the retail version).

It seems as if you would be happy if PES2015 would be another bad game.

You are perfectly entitled to hope that, but why coming in this thread ? A thread with mostly posts from "fanboys".

Doesn't this makes you a troll or a Wum or at least biased.

I will certainly buy me Pes 2015, but I still think it is unfortunately not Next Gen.

It looks more like the PC version of Pes 2014 (so I now do not understand that the PC version is supposed to be bad, I can not imagine).

Not only are the graphics and the animation of the players, at worst I find the animations and the parades of the keeper just like Pes 2014, I believe I have read somewhere once that to get over 3000 new animations the goalkeeper and where are they?

Sure, the gameplay can be wonderful, I can only judge myself but on September 17. The referee also look much improved from even what the advantage rule applies but that there was already in Pes 6, the shots, flanks and passes also look good, but the key is how is the feeling like? You realize the gravity of the ball?
I can just test as I said only on September 17.

The rest I think but unfortunately very weak, as Konami has at least 1 year longer than Ea for the Next Gen had and I think a lot is still on the load gene such as the goalkeeper animation and parades like in Pes 2014, the goal nets very bad (Football Kingdom on the Playstation 2 much better), little tactic that I have seen so far, similar to the gameplay styles of teams, where teams like Chelsea are defending with 10 men?

Maybe you can set only it has not been done, I hope at least that you Tactically has much more influence.

No idea I just can not think of many things, but for me this is definitely not a Next Gen, rather another small step in the direction, too bad.

That will not change in 3 months, but the main thing is the game I hope to motivate long, we'll see.

That's what I've concluded so far. Obviously we need to see some more gameplay videos to judge.

For me, it's not simply a matter of variety though; it's about balancing the game so that a certain type of shot isn't too easy to perform. It takes away so much pleasure from shooting when you don't really have to work the angle to get a rasping shot on target.

Agreed as much as I like seeing long range shots and variety its a problem when any player from any angle and under any circumstance hit a shot on target.

Its always such a difficult balance. I for one would be fucking mental by now if I was a game dev.

Some people want realism but then expect every 40 yard shot to zing at the keeper whilst others want everyone to have RVPs ability to hit shots completely off balance

1 thing that I hope is fixed is the amount of variation related to how the player hits the ball. Off balance stretching out to toe poke must react that way or outside of the boot on the haof volley must dip and swirl. PES2014 have these but the animations take to them are limited making shots look the same.

It's not that hard to judge videos if you've played pes for the last 7 years and you see that the shooting lacks variation still. Just look at the keepers too, been poorly animated etc since I don't know when. Why am I not allowed to complain? Some things is quite obvious, and you can tell from these videos that shooting variation and goalkeepers DEEEEEFO needs work. And I doubt it will be changed. Maybe tweaked a little. It seems like some of you guys are just too hopeful/naive. But guess what, it doesn't get better than this this year. It won't. I can also say that I'm really happy this year, despite the lack of depth in those things I just mentioned. I can't wait for pes 2015 to be honest, but I hope they "fix" the keepers really. It feels like konami have no excuses anymore. Just hire people who knows what they are doing for future games.
 
I think shooting will be fine.
In PES 2014 there were more ways to shoot, like basic, advanced and manual. So that will be there too in PES 2015.
Why complain? Put shooting on manual and you get it at realistic as you want.
I guess it probably is way better now, as you are not hindered anymore by the low button response from PES 2014.
 
I just had a PES2014 session a few minutes ago. About 3 friendlies against Juve lost 2 win 1 manual shooting and 1 bar pass superstar level

Came to the realisation that I debate with people who most likely haven't even played this fucking game. :)

Zee there is no point in arguing with ppl who r hell bent on trying to prove pes sucks no matter what. I mean that guy ronaldo whatever his name is, is a good example, every comment of his that i saw was having a massive dig at pes. Even the random ball running on the cross bar which asim showed, there was an issue with it as it was not "realistic enough yet". It is like trying to convince racist ppl that the race they r against r humans like everyone of us and nothing wrong with them having appearance that is diff to theirs, they will never be convinced or be satisfied ever. Their view is right and everything else is wrong. They will find something to nitpick on whether it is their language, colour of skin religion or culture. Too much nitpicking, that is the way humans nature is sometimes.

Here we go again, back to the basics of a concept very strange to some people called "opinion": Just because you like something, no matter how much, and other's don't, doesn't mean you're right and they're wrong, and vice-versa.

Ando I was not even talking bout u. There is nothing wrong with having an opinion i.e "I loved pes but it took a turn for the worst and here is what I think should be changed in order for it to play like a footy game that we would love and like." But when ppl like that ronaldo guy makes every comment appear to be "my opinion is i hate pes and konami no matter what improvements they make, i will always put it down and make ppl who like this game feel like shit bags for liking the game." then there is where the problem is. I met u last year, dont kno if u remember me as this is a diff account, and from what i can tell, u were hyped up for pes 14 but like most of us including myself were disappointed with what we got, a half baked game that was a disaster. So being frustrated and saying "I wont get my hopes high just incase i am disappointed again" there is no props like i said with that. But some other ppl here like i mentioned r hell bent on belittling pes in every way they can every time they comment.

that through ball goes through Costa's body is very painful to watch on the next gen consoles...the ball also goes through his legs while running....pathetic !!

Define all the time. Been playing PES most of this weekend and it hasn't happened once.

One thing that gets on my tits though is when my player runs and leaves the ball behind :FAIL: they really need to fix that and I haven't heard any complaints tus far except somewhere it was mentioned that the ball bounced off a players heels trying to get on the end of a through pass

Putting it on manual makes no sense cause it's the way the players hit the ball with their foot and the type of way the ball travels.
