PES 2015 Discussion Thread (PS4/XB1)

Re: PES 2015 Discussion Thread

Only show in the replays.
In real game it's impossible to see that.
Yes , its true and yes i know that . PES 6 has not perfect animation , but the gameplay is great..

Perhaps in the end .. we have to accept that this is .. game .. and there is no way to recreate one-to-one the movements of a real human .. maybe.

Re: PES 2015 Discussion Thread

My only hope is that it plays completely different than it looks. Because it looks (in motion, not judging anything else) like a 15% improvement. Not enough, for a next gen game.

What do You mean?? Fifa looks better in motions than Pes 2015 on these videos?????:CONFUSE::SHOCK: These animations comes from pure gameplay. Sorry i don't see any difference between Fifa's and Pes animations. The quality of these animations is the same as Fifa.

This is Adam just playing and uploading vids
No fancy trailers, no special effects just random gameplay

Wasn't comparing to FIFA. FIFA's animations (individually) don't look as realistic because they abuse their IK tech and modify animations too much in real time, but the animation blending/transition? 20 times better.

Around that, yeah. Could be completely wrong If I had the game with me, but that's deffo what I saw on the Vines.

Main issue (to me) is how animations constantly snap into each other with no kind of ease in/ease out, which is something that has been there since PES is a thing, but looks terrible when you have super realistic player models, lighting, textures, etc.

The closer we get to the "uncanny valley", the worse this kind of thing will look.

Yes, i'm complete agree with you .

Re: PES 2015 Discussion Thread

People questioning the transitions.

Its clear they need work, maybe try and work out why they aren't snapping properly. Think about how the game is programmed and it makes sense.

That would be a fair point (honestly), if the previous years were any different..

Always up to be proven wrong.

Re: PES 2015 Discussion Thread

What annoyed me the most about PES 2014 and worried me the most about PES 2015 seems to be taken care of, so I'm now officially excited about PES 2015.

Carring the ball without holding the sprinting button was awful in PES 2014. Players seemed to hobble instead of just running with the ball. That was probably my main concern. Unless you were running at full speed, you couldn't really carry the ball and change directions.

Yeah, plus it'll be probably a lot ness noticeable from the usual gameplay cameras at regular gameplay speed(s).

Yes mate i know it .. but this transitions issues are from old gen / engine , its not from today . Now we have next gen and .. still this issues are stil here :D that mean... will be here for long long time , again .

BTW.. its only me.. or the grass looks better that FIFA ? I love it :X

Re: PES 2015 Discussion Thread

Players bodies are so realistic. Neymar is almost lifelike.

Also, I'm LOVING Ozil's turn whilst he looks to his left side looking for an option to pass the ball. Perfectly achieved.

Re: PES 2015 Discussion Thread

THIS is exactly what I (and I think I speak from all of us) expect from a guy like Adam. Less words and more actions like this. This has been lovely, even with Gamescom just around the corner.
