PES 2015 Discussion thread. PC

hello guys.
when i`m trying to enter pes 2015, at the establishing communications screen, i got crash always. i installed direct x, microsoft visual c++ redistributable and still crash.
help please!

Plays really nicely here, no lag, graphics are ok, cant understand the crying over the graphics, its football play the game, and after half a dozen BAL and Exibition games, cant really see any major faults just the typical quirks from pro evo series.
I play vertical cam incase you wanna compare the graphics that way. Much better feeling playing the game that way for me.

All in all a good game and definite improvement over 2014.

The football is nice and neat, only against the cpu but all good games playing some nice football. Prefer this shooting to anything ive used in any of the previous Pes games, power seems about right.

I think it hits the spot nicely for a football game!

In EDIT mode there is banner option for each team and you have 4 slots to write something - I imagine it's about these generic banners during the game?

Now that'd be nice.

Overall, what can I say, I don't give a flying dayum about graphics, and gameplay speaks to me indeed! I guess I might even have some fun in edit mode, customize my future Master League team(s) a bit more :D

As it seems, there are different opions about grafics, to be sure we have all the same game, why not post a screenshoot of the same match to compare if there are different settings? E.G. before kick-off bayern-ManU sunny condition afternoon? Perhaps it brings light into why some feel grafics are ugly or quite good:

The Xbox360 demo is more directly than the PC-Version and has the better feeling. Ridiculous Konami, ridiculous.

Don't worry, once the pc editing community gets in full swing nothing can beat the pc version. It will be miles better than even the PS4 version. That's the beauty and power of the PC, once the community gets involved it's unstoppable.

Thats not the Point. The console Versions are smoother and directly, so the Game is just better. PC Version Online has an input-lag just like PES 2014, unplayable to me.

I haven't faced any issue with input lag in PC. Might be your processor or something weird. The only thing PES change from console to PC are the graphics and the cutscenes. Saying that gameplay is different is purely placebo.

i5-4670 3,8 GHZ, r9 280x, should be enough :)

I´ve tested the 360Demo(TV) and PC-Version(PC-Monitor) parallel and thats a fact. The demo is more dynamic and more direct. There´s an input lag on PC Version, definitely.

It's not placebo. There's a lack of few animations on PC version in comparison to next-gen versions. Reassuming there's difference between those versions.

GOOD NEWS<>

EDITING the gameplay is possible so come soon to my thread.

Good job mate :APPLAUD:

Any one saw the cutscenes entrance before matches ????

NO THEY HAVE ALL BEEN REMOVED, lies/mis-info by A. Batthi on this one. :R1

Ok I have now tried the full game and heres what i think so far (ignoring my hate for no cut scenes):

1. If you play in rain THIS is where graphics fall to pieces, ambient lighting becomes glared and seems like fog level is introduced, this needs to be modded somehow (fog value?) to get the "gamma" back into the overall look and kill the milky wish wash that rain/cloud and fog code brings.

In turn this lightened up the pitch like its reacting to the fog and you get a very limp wash look to pitch without depth, it must be how the pitch layers are reacting to light like last year and the fog is killing it. IM thinking if we can kill the fog this might change things.

If you play in normal summer or winter dry conditions like Alians arena all looks fine to me which is on par with vanilla 2014 than worse IMHO I woudl also say pitches look better than pes2014 vanilla in normal conditions.

2. Seems like kits dont look wet but skin of players do, not sure why, this was accomplished in fifa12 :R1 Maybe I need to play match and do some tackles over time.

3. Main menu for me raises my temps on Gcard due to permanent DOF so I have to get into a game on 2d screen fairly quick as it can overheat ... strange. If you have older card be warey of that.

4. Found a bug where in manager mode game speed doesnt seem to effect as much as playing mode and all replays play back speeded up rather than in slomo, again only in manager mode.

5. I like responsiveness as I am probably the only person that didnt hate pes2014 control, some movements now seem more zippy, although I still find off the ball jockeying of AI and turning to be a bit jerky and quick that in 2014.

I fell right in on controls and it just flowed for me like pes2014 but obviously more responsive, my view on this will differ from a lot here as I only came to pes from 2014.

6. I cant say there's much difference in my mind switching to 2015 in terms of graphics (apart from rain needs to be sorted with the washy fog). And of course mods can only better it.

7. LOVE the GUI ... I havent delved in but the new control of formations and flow look far more expanded and I really like GUI for showing stamina better and also stats of teams to play against (rather than the crappy diagram "thing" of 2014 which wasnt helpful at all when you were picking a player).

8. I nearly hit the screen when I though coach mode was removed, only to find you press "B" key at menu to tag the team with it on, just in case anyone else thought the same.

9. Performance is MUCH more smooth in all areas than in pes2014 (no change in my rig), I could not play player level camera or play a GK in 2014 due to in escapable lag & stutter, ive noticed it just a slight more in celebration cuts which are minuscule. I also like the fact that when it switches cam view on cut scenes on celebrations etc theres no pause between them. I am using older rig for basic games (Athlon 64 3.2 gig dual core) and this is much smoother, so most people should really not have much issue.

So far ive gone from WTF to .. hang about ... to, hmmmm  ... to ... ok then lets see and play more. If we can mod this, look at weather values for fog and get some pitch textures in early I am less worried.

BTW why do we still hjave "stadium music" audio level in audio settings when we have no intros? You think it might come back in a DLC switch?

I installed the game, it goes at steady 60fps but it's like going at 30fps, do you have that too? Kind of micro stuttering without a single fps dropped.
Sure that is strange... :( Anyway with some tweaks in the gameplay and hopefully lod unlocked, it surely can be a nice game.

Thing is it also helps as a reminder to check opponents line ups, and lets face it already existing content shouldn't suddenly be removed only added too, konami should have places a "intro cut scene ON / OFF" option in settings or match start, thats all that was needed.

Otherwise we are accepting lesser content, which only feeds the Konami troll :)
