Everything about pes 14 looks great, i just do not want it ruined my terrible keepers which has been the case for a long time.

Everytime keeper issues have come up its always the same excuse, its 70% code it will be fixed which never happened.

If the 1 on 1 are finally fixed and reflexes pes will be a much better game.

I hear what u r saying bro, that is an issue i had with fifa too and it seems footy game dont take keepers serious no more, but lets try and be positive for the king as we have already been proven with somethign that looks better than fifa 14 next gen and is only for current gen (pes 14 that is). so yeah u got right be upset but the past is the past they said they learned everything they used to say is improved and much better only to see it be behind fifa.

how can you tell how good a game is from the trailers?
virtually all pes trailers since 2010 have looked good, but the proof is in the pudding. and the last six years have been all crust but no friggin filling!
so i shall wait until retail version, you cannot even trust the demos. history of pes as shown us that.
what i will say is surely it cannot be any worse than pes 2012 and 2013

just fix player switching, give us more control over gks 1v1s and stop making the AI run away from loose balls, or is that a rule in japanese football. where a deflected or loose ball means the defending player must run away fom it, have i missed this somewhere. and thats why it is in the game. if it is accept my apoligies konami.

That's all well & good, but we have a new engine this time, bit of a difference dont you think?

Cutscenes look very good, players are talking to each other at half time, but the AI wasn't really aware of the ball sometimes... I hope it's because of the difficulty setting.

Not enough shots at the keeper. But the gameplay looks defo best of this gen. Shame it was the last one to get us here.
PES 15 is going to be amazing on the new consoles.

After this live gameplay stage demo , now i'm sure that trailer has a lot pre-rendering .. the game looking really unfinish, a lot glitchy close control animations, maybe still animations are missing there, A.I. errors , but why he don't say that the game will come to PC ? They say only Xbox 360 and PS3 ?? :CONFUSE:

P.S. entry cut-scenes in the tunel looks like 5 fps ,this game is bit heavy for current gen consoles :P

What difficulty setting? They were playing against each other! 1p V.S 1p.

A very positive aspect: the AI tries to maintain ball possession; the CPU players pass backwards every time they're under pressure (including long passes), and one time they even passed to the goalkeeper.
Now, Konami should hire someone who knows how to play the game to demonstrate it. This would make it look even more impressive.

Of course it was pre-rendered they recreated some real life goals, however I reckon the PC version of the game will come close to the visuals in that trailer, a bit like the FIFA in engine trailer during the E3 show.

A little details:

- If CPU is the white team, they touch much more the ball and have it, it's not like running to the goal like a train.
- Finally the referee put the whistle on his mouth for the kick off.

Sorry Simcut, I watched it at the office, couldn't really pay that much attention... :p
Shouldn't have been watching it in the first place, LOL.

Yeah, look's like the game is really to have for current gen consoles ? The entry cutsceens in the tunnel was ruining lie.. 5 fps

Just came home from work and all the good stuff already happened. Didn't expect to see widecam-gameplay-video before gamescom, a nice surprise.

The trailer didn't do anything for me but I liked the live-on-stage playing in southamerica. Finally we get some awesome varied animation. The only downside I saw was that the players glided a lot, so no proper footplanting implemented, I hope that can be improved for final release.

AI was of course very basic at display at this point. Liked the ballphysics, I hope they really do without attached strings.

Liked to see customisable camera-angles.
