So i've read on WEBLOG south america, that Konami already delivered the patch to Sony and Microsoft. It depends on them when realease it.

Thats an old excuse now. The other companies launch their patches faster, and in the time announced, but Konami stays in the shadow of the excuse that they are waiting for Sony and XBOX360. Pure lies.

Like someone said back there, FIFA came out after PES and in a month they released more patches than Konami in almost 2 months.

Or maybe EA is paying to Sony and Microsoft to delay the patches submitted by Konami for 2 weeks, Fuc#$! NO.

They are lost and don´t know what to do because they did not expect this backlash from the community, and i think because they are not aware of all the problems that the game has.

In their own little world they must be thinking " what are wrong whit this European people, the game is perfect, look at this amazing effect of slow motion when entering the final 3rd, you don't see that in any other game. Our replays and cut scenes are made in stop motion yet they keep moaning.

Konami PES team suffer of the same problem of defenders and keepers in PES, AWARENESS.

I am going to wait for the patch to decide what to do with a game that has been in shelf for about 3 weeks now. A game that restarts my PS3, 80% of the time i leave the game...

PURE INCOMPETENCE, that should not be accepted by anyone no more

I guess we should have seen the warning signs with the day one patch. To release the game with absolutely no online functionality, not even the menus, and then needing to add it by an immediate patch showed just how behind they must have been with the game. This should have been released in November or December.
 
Yeah, that 1.01 patch did only add Online functionality to the game and some kits.

They released game with NO ONLINE functionality in the first place. This would be complete disgrace if they didn't add it fast.

But, even after update, Xbox users couldn't download DLC 1.0 for over a month and some users still encounter problem with downloading it... Talk about professionalism here...

Somehow, other companies are more aware of problems with their games and fix them fast. Take note on Battlefield 4 or new Batman. They patch them within 2 weeks of release date.

Sorry, but cannot take PES Team as serious people who know what they are doing.

It took them 2 months to try and fix gameplay (we still don't know WHAT will be fixed - lack of communication with EU/USA customers). They concentrated on 800 faces, boots, balls and other shit, which sadly, doesn't look impressive at all.

Most of those new faces, look like converted from PES 2013. No HD textures. Our modders do better job than them!

Tad annoyed with lack of communication and that we have to rely on Adam who also knows nothing!

i have bbem saying that pes has been shit since the old ps2 days but have bought every years version never the less. but if jimmy is complaining about a PES gane then this years version must be shite!!
so glad i have not wasted £35 on this steaming pile of dog turd.
konami really needs to get there act together, deliver what they promise to do and communicate better with the paying public. at the present they are a total shambles.

I keep picking it up after a few days and it feels great for the first two minutes of the master league. Balanced games, good graphics and very close.... then a defender freezes and they score. I play on and no matter what I do down the wings I don't score from any crosses and the my keeper fucks up

I then turn it off and tell myself that's it until the patch

I've just realised my PS3 had switched back to 1080p and 1080i on the Display Settings. Knocking it back down to 720p has massively reduced the slowdown in single player, not holding out hope or giving multi-player another chance though. It's back to PES 13 for Lads Night, unless the patch resolves it.

But I don't see it happening. I just don't think the hardware can cope on a Wide Cam view. Which is sad.

The most infuriating aspect of the final third slowdown is due to the fact that's the 'money' area. Football is primarily about scoring goals. And it's this area that the major issues are. Shooting is instinctive, and aggressive in it's execution, therefore it's this area that requires the highest responsive feedback. And it's just not there.

Heartbreaking.

Spot on. This and the keeper issue fixed, and we've got a decent game going.
 
Why the feck can Konami never just come out with an announcement saying "Patch will be released on <x> November" - instead of all this announcement about an announcement and "soon" bullshit - infuriating!!!

So did we get any more news about patch? I must have missed it, but the announcement said something about details this week.

KONAMI trolling level is off the fucking charts.
 
I am holding out no hope whatsoever with the patch and others should be more cautious.

They aren't going to suddenly understand how to program awareness, positioning and general of a players mindset for example in just over a month.

For me the game is a write off, filed alongside 2008, 2009 and 2012 in the worst work they have done.
 
The patch would be a catch, cause I want to play a match....

Yeah I'm getting bored with the waiting. Waiting to see if this thing is even worth waiting for.
 
Hell yeah, shooting has a lot more snap, and the goalkeepers are doing things I have yet to see in the PS3 version. We can only hope.
