To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if there's no PC demo before release this year after last years demo modding fiasco...

It happens every year. FIFA are smart with their PC demos and make sure not to put the whole database inside the demo release.

If Konami really think like that, then they are idiots ! If somebody does not want to buy the game but want to play , will not seek for a modified version of the demo, he will download the full game, there are many ways to do it for free,no matter which platform!
But in general, I could not catch the logic of Konami for two demos, or they failed to earn the foreground. First demo was the best game so far, so if they want to show us " Look what game we can make, now look how we can screw it MUHHAHAAHA

The end of April is upon and we haven't heard a single thing from KONAMI, interesting. Since the game engine reveal in EDGE magazine, I've dreamnt about the game numerous times and this waiting is really painful, I believe for most of us.

I hope this inhuman waiting will amaze us! :PRAY:
 
I am sure its the ace up the sleeve this season. I am an eternal optimist though and held by breath for the last 5 years being okay with what we have been served. Suprised I haven't died of asphyxiation yet.

Anyway this year I expect big things..hope they deliver!

We all do mate, we all do. Hopefully we won't have to wait much longer, the announcement should be close... I hope.

I only started playing PES this year, I used to only play FIFA. FIFA only concentrates on the english-speaking countries plus european leagues which they don't seem to care that much about, so PES is a great change.
 
I hope there won't be two demos: Last year was awful in that regard, we had demo 1 and everyone fell in love with it and then demo2 came along and was quite different and then the final game came and was again different.

Imho it's better to publish only one demo and make that one be really representative of what the final retail version will be like, so imho Konami should release the demo using the gold-build.

no news is good news.

Last year they were banging on about PES13 from March (which just proved that PES12 was a major fuck up) and yet still PES13 was still some what dissapointing.

Im glad we aint hearing stuf every day.
 
The reason im already looking to PES 2014 is because 2013 has such poor longevity, by January i'd felt I'd done everything and from on then its just been playing a game that ive already done.

The exclusion of league mode hurts the game drastically, just opening the game up, picking a team and starting a campaign is easy, making them go through the Master League BS is too much if you just want to experience a different league's and teams.

Do you agree?
We have to wait days or weeks?

Good things come to those who wait. They released hell of news in previous years, fans were slagging them. Now they just don't want to repeat same mistake.

They change their approach for the better imo. FIFA didn't show anything worthwhile in FIFA 14 yet. Patience is virtue my friend (and who knows if EA doesn't have ace in their sleeves and New NG FIFA...).

Ah well, it'll happen when it happens. PES isn't the big deal it use to be and I think Konami knows that. People aren't sitting around pining for it anymore. All in good time though.
