Been playing demo 1 on PC side to side with demo 2 on xbox360 and PES 2012 on xbox360 with the same teams, top-player, 5 minutes and original konami gameplay.

Demo 1 is imho the best of the three, there the feeling that anything can happen is the most pronounced and the feeling of the player's weight and inertia is best.

Demo 2 has made some improvements like the CPU plays now better than in demo 1, and it added a bit for top-speed and acceleration so that it is more possible to wrong-foot a defender through pace (oh and gamespeed in general is a step faster than in demo 1), but the general movement and freedom feels less free, player's are more alike and weight and inertia plays less of a role... In fact demo 2 is now imho more similar to PES 2012 while demo1 seems like a fresh approach, although flawed regarding CPU-build-up.

Why can't Konami improve the things that were disturbing in demo 1 and leave the things as be that are loved in demo 1? I don't get it.

Oh, and nightgames in demo2 still look awful.

Hopefully the final version is much more like demo 1 regarding gamepace, gamespeed, playerweight,. inertia... and overall feeling/freedom than demo 2.

Good decision Konami. No late release for UK either.

I'm off work on the 21st and the two days prior so hoping ShopTo ship early.

Hopefully the same in Australia! Might have to jump straight onto MLO before people start jacking up the price of any decent players lol

When is it out in the US?
I'm getting the US version, because it comes with the hilarious Brazilian Portuguese commentary. Plus playing the Brazilian league with that commentary will be awesome :BOP:

Although, with the way Icelandic retailers have been c**king up the PES orders for the last couple of years, I'd be lucky to get it in September. Maybe it's time to forget those guys and order from the UK.

Id imagine Demo 2 will be next week Tim. Unless they have decided not to release Demo 2 because of the modding that took place on Demo 1..... :(

I really want to know that too... Konami may release it digitally but they don´t do it in the release date, their games going digital usually a month after release date. I hope i´m wrong and they release PES closer to 21th.

One thing for sure, if they are going to release it digitally it may appear in this list one week before the download is available:
