Hi can anyone help?

I currently have a 2.4GHz intel HD processor. But when I try and play the game it says I dont have enough memory to play on high settings and when I go to kick off the match it just closes. What do I do?

As a consumer and a fan of PES, an earlier date for PES 2013 release is not only good for having an opportunity to play the full version earlier, but it's also good because perhaps that means that Konami have less time to screw the game like they have been doing in the last years... lol But it also depends on how much advanced the demo code is.

I really hope it plays like the demo. I'll be happy if they just tweak the CPU to have more ball possession, and fix the cursor bug that usually picks up the wrong player when you make manual passes with l2, it always switchs to the one that is far from the ball, and this bug still remains in PES since the L2 manual pass was implemented, so annoying at times.

As for online... I wonder if that official video about game modes really showed a possibility that now we can play against persons who purchased another version of pes (let's say, someone who got the american version playing against someone else with euro version, it would be nice). This could be a major move in the right time, since next year Fox Engine is comming. A good evolution on the tech side of the game (graphics, animations, sound engine, collision physics etc) + a larger and more solid online community = win.

Sounds like you don't have enough video memory to play on high. Try the medium or low setting.

I have tried it on those settings but it just crashes as soon as the match is about to kick off. IT doesnt make sense since I play alot more demanding games on my laptop.

Right well this sort of thing definitely has to be sorted before release. What the shit is going on here?

I'm in control of the CB, marking the forward and holding my position, only for the game to take away control of him for someone else further away from the ball, then the CPU actively makes the defender run away from the ball and the marker. The game just plain awarded itself a goal by making the opposition players run away from the play. Absolutely ludicrous.

Wow that is diabolical. Are you using a patch?

I must say I am getting a lot less stupid little things now that I am only using cabrys demo unlocker and not any of the patches.

Just beat Italy with ze gerrrmans phew they have a potent defence.

It seems nobody hates air balls.For me,the worst part of the game is that.They are too assisted especially from wings to the front of the goal.I said before but it really annoys me,there is no battle for the air balls.Players just lock on to the ball and wait.The ones who have better aerial ability or better position get the ball..(Sorry for grammer mistakes)

the only thing u can do there is to super cancel the player before! it comes to the aerial battle(aka both guys standing still and cant move)
when u super cancel move the player where u like, sometimes u can disturb him and he will make a crap header :D or not even hitting it with the head

not having problems with this, but if u cant super cancel quickly(when the pass is in the air early) its a standing game not even the cancel will help u out, maybe u can cancel him to go back but that makes no sense for the battle

There's absolutely no need to use Super cancel, just use R2 and move the stick, it's an actual game mechanic and the correct way to fight for aerial challenges.

I also find out that the best way to fight player switching issues is to let the CPU deal with it. Play on Assisted and never, ever try to change the user manually, silly moments will stop almost completely.

Shame that R@ with aerial balls is more responsive than super cancel for thru balls.

Ugh, the PES Edit patch doesn't inspire me with confidence. On top of that, the game feels weird on PC. May be the PS3 controller, but whatever.
Vanilla demo on 360 seems to look much nicer and more realistic.

The PES Edit patch makes the game look like 2012. Jerky and fast animations, weird stuff going on.

Agreed. What should be one of the most exciting parts of the game isn't at all. Definitely needs reworking next year.

I wasn't aware they'd touched gameplay at all. I use Jenkey's patch and the game is playing wonderfully.

Any jerkiness for me comes in the fact that players can't move slowly enough. Iron that part out and the game will look a lot better. I probably sound like a broken record, but having a wider range of speed is really necessary.

The game plays really well when you're in the flow of it, playing at that pace the game sort of forces you to play. But when you try to slow it down things can get a little messy in terms of the poor slow jog animation, the jerky movements, etc.

They need to change what the analog stick actually does, it doesn't feel pressure sensitive at all. If I move it a little or fully in one direction, without touching sprint, the player moves at the same speed. It defeats the purpose of a stick when it doesn't affect your speed, but only your direction. You may as well be using a d-pad.

The other issue, and less so, is the need to increase the burst of speed for an all out sprint. It's in the game, I've seen it on an off the ball animation.

Graphically, my game looks fantastic on PC. Tweaked the lod settings on Jenkey's tool this morning and it looked even nicer. I certainly wouldn't complain about graphics on PC, they are definitely superior to what's achieved on console and are the best I've seen yet in any football game.

Semi (supposedly) only auto switches when in control, or when you're just about to get it.

Assisted does everything for you, but somehow it works better that way. Even if it doesn't always change to whom you think is the most logical player, it will get you the ball eventually, and it never seems to be "confused" about who a pass is intended to.

Absolutely freaking love the sliding in this PES. It's quick and responsive, surprised no ones mentioned this. In PES2012 the game took half a second to dive into a tackle and usually when it was far too late.

One thing that does need to be fixed is the standing tackles. I don't know if its being wrong footed but it irks me wheN the defenders lunge with the right foot when a player is flying past their left usually resulting in a free kick. Defending is not like shooting sure you are slower with your weaker foot but you don't not use it at all.

Hi, not that it is all that important, but yes, i have the same impression. don't worry about it, just enjoy the game. I sort of envy you...
