PES 2011 Discussion thread

Does anyone know exactly what the manager wants from an AMF when playing "Possesion Football (Offensive)"? I do my best to attack and not to lose the ball but he's been saying I "have a poor understanding of possesion game"

And when we play the same, but Defensive, I track back a lot, play short passes and ask the ball so we don't lose it, but he's not extremely happy either, even if he's not complaining.

(BAL mode, of course)

im having 2nd thoughts about continuing on with this file if konami keep resetting all my teams ive made and players registered, not a happy bunny:RANT:

No... Oh please no... Frigging hell. I thought this crap was fixed. So they give us all the slots to edit then after downloading a DLC things go missing again... Dammit. How about we just stay away from DLC's then mate? Create your OF and never download a DLC. Who cares about them doing transfers, we can always do that.

Had a horrible online day today! No wins from 5 and a severe 7-2 very strange game vs Milan. One of those where your defenders run away from the ball!

I think playing with weaker teams online seems to be almost useless!

and i now fucking hate fat nose with a passion now!

Are the EPL emblems in the WENB OF? I can't seem to find them, i used the prequal option for a 2010 OF but Liverpool is missing and ofcourse Blackers, Newcastle and W.B.A are not on there.

What has online got to do with anything? He was saying he might just stop doing OF's altogether as he doesn't want data reset each time new DLC comes out. So if he continues to do OF's but not update DLC, then that's better than not doing OF's at all. Nothing to do with online.

i think ive found a work around using the base copy system,will keep you posted

(I hadn't seen this when I posted last)

What's the point in giving slots for editing and then losing entire leagues when they bring out an update.
 
I based copied Bellamy and put him in my Cardiff team I made and he is still in the game even though the original has gone. I based copied all the Welsh players in the game into the Wales squad and they are all still registered in the Wales Squad.

i thought the DLC forces new team updates for online modes so if i play you in a quick match online, gallas wont be in my arsenal team.

by the way, i was in GAME today at lunch time and a customer was asking for fifa 11 to the cashier and the cashier guy said "mate if i was u, i would get PES instead" They both went on discussing it for about 5mins or more till i left the shop. was really tempted to join and at recomend PES too lol.

the employer specifically said how the passing in PES is sooo much better and the game is back to its best since PES6
 
Hey for the first time you kept your gob shut, the meds must be working, well done jonney, Like some of them spotty mugs in game no wtf they are talking about. Back on topic, is the DLC for sure to screw my OF?

I can't help myself and i got spanked tonight 4 games in a row!! Thomas Muller who was so potent for me seems limp now i keep dicking about because i can't help but delve into the depth of tactics!!

The only plus of tonight was shipping out Klasnic and buying Mauricio Pinilla(I loved him when he played for Hearts) now he is in the game thanks to the DLC. He and Muller played really well together and my lasty game i dominated butr drew 1-1 so no complaints. I have stopped the slide:BOP:

yeah it works,the only problem is it could create duplicates
 
Right lads i'm going in (DLC) If you hear on news @ 10 that a man goes nuts and slaughters his neighbours, you will know it screwed my OF.
 
Is the result any different if you download the DLC first and then apply the option file? I mean different from doing it the other way around?

try to do one touch passes more, off. poss. means that u keep the poss. in their half so less passes back

def. poss. hang deep and try to be the first station to get the pass if ur team wins the ball

but thats nothin new to u i think
 
Hey guys, how do you cope with the "jog bug"? I try not to abuse it, but it still happens a lot that I can run freely down the wing and a lot of my goals are scored after a free cross. I play on 'professional'. A solution would be to play online, but does the game run as smooth online as it does offline, without laggs, delays or slowdowns?
