Yeah I know what you mean but it's just a bit frustrating when often they get their hands on almost anything promising in Belgian league they don't already have. So these transfers make them even stronger and other teams even weaker by selling best players. :/

But then again you can say nearly every league is like this.
Anyways though this isn't exactly on-topic and a pleasant thing to talk about either, what I will say is I hope to see Wilhelmsson come to Nantes! 8)

But I don't know how likely that is. Especially if he impresses in world cup, bigger clubs may show interest again and then it'll be harder for "Les Canaries" to recruit him. :|

Ahmet Dursun will finish his career after 2 years with Sergen. They've transfered "finished" players i think.

good to see you are covering up for eziktas, to bad you cant cover up for idiots go from super league to 3rd division just because "they will finish career in 2 years" its just a shame to goto "SEKERSPOR" :lmao:

Vincent Kompany (!!!) -> Hamburger SV (£5.5m)

He was signed as the direct replacement for the above mentioned transfer of van buyten to bayern for around £6.9m. Love it! :)

Good signing, Kompany and Boulahrouz at the back is going to be solid I think add a new striker and HSV can go far in the Champions League and maybe knock Bayern off the top

On long term, I agree, on short it's gonna be the other way round I think.
Right now Van Buyten is right in his prime, massively strengthening the Bayern-squad.
The main problem last season for Bayern was the lack of a decent third centre-back, so that Ismael and Lucio had about no time to recover, the result was an almost perfect first leg, and a shaky second.

Not to forget Schweini and Poldi playing together at one club finally.
Forget the Laudrup bros! :D

Schweinsteiger and Podolski are class and they should link up well, but Ballack is a big loss how are you going to replace him?

kompany's way better than van buyten, but a bit less experienced (even though kompany played more CL games)

if he doesn't get injured again like this season, you guys make a superb operation, as well as financial as on the pitch.



btw on hsv's online fanshop i can't find any numbering options, where is it ?

That's the big question...
Personally I think Bayern will operate totally without a central midfielder, I'm all for wingers or a classy passer directly behind the two strikers.
Podolski could do well on the left side or as an offensive midfielder as well. Karimi could shine if we play with wingers, too.

Christian Poulsen (Schalke 04) -> Sevilla FC

His agent is confirming it live right now on the radio. 3 year contract, the agent is in Seville right now signing the contract and Poulsen will pass a medical test tomorrow. It seems that Villareal and AC Milan have lost him. Great signing by Sevilla!
