Everyone is saying thats its a DVD5 release but all reviewers were saying it was DVD9 to fit everything on?? Reefur whats the score on this??

The version Reefur is playing is DVD5, simple as that. It would appear the 'reviewers' were wrong.

yes it is truly dvd5...with nothing missing..as for whole map..still exploring..and 2 players is in!!!

and the map available to me now...seems i can only access 4-5 cities atm...doubt i can even get to them all yet




now for some bad news...due to the shitty outdated hardware on the ps2..the game does skip frames(yes just like we8/pes4)..especially during sunlight........sunset etc.....ive tested this on 2 ps2's as usual when i post a review....and i doubt its rockstars fault..as they know how to code very well....as for 2 player mode..waiting on my lazy useles brother to get home so we can play....this game just makes me want the pc or xbox version more....the dropped frames is starting to bother me greatly..but other than that.awesome game as usual..........

Any info would be great, one Q is how does the two player work is it split screen? And is there any slowdown because of it?

well after playing awhile..gotta say slowdown isnt as bad as i thought..only sometimes....and the soundtrack,,wow...awesome if you listened to r&b and rap in the 90's........i played driving around on my motorcycle i stole and listening to music for a hour....driving along the fake 101 highway at night....beautiful....(i never was good at missions)

ill get a 2 player screenshot asap....

I think I'm just gonna stick to my preorder for this one, not even get the "release" for an early play. I'd rather wait and let the suspense build a little. 8)

Just over a week anyway...

I haven't got this pre-ordered though... I have a feeling I'm going to be really dissapointed when I end up not getting it.:p

Really looking forward to this one. It will provide an excellent break/alternative to PES4. I love immersing myself into the world of GTA. A great bit of escapism.

Just been playing the game and it is fantastic. Takes a bit of getting use to initially. Back of to playing the game will post a video on here but only if it is ok with the mods.

whos the head mod?? just out of curiousity. why one rule for winning eleven and pes then another for gta5?

can someone confirm for definite wheter uve got the game or not is it dvd-5 or dvd-9??

That additional rule is gonna apply to PES/WE as well, of course. The reason for that is not only GTA. Due to the respect for developers and publishers of games and our own piracy rules, posting opinions/screenshots/leak information apparently based on illegal material isn't gonna be tolerated any longer. I can tell you that reefur got several pms asking him where he got the game from. And that's simply not the way it's going to work out any longer (plus facing November with its shitload of great titles).
