I like the way you can scroll up & down on the pad thru radio stations, not sure what trip skip means tho?!?

I'm gonna land a plane and NOT press R3!!!;)

Wowser - I've heard that every flying vehicle in the game is going to be able to be flown by CJ! That will be amazing :D

OMFG this game is absolutely insane!!!!!! Look at the size of that fecking quarry, and the dam.....!!!! Stunning, how the feck that is running on a PS2 is beyond me! Stunned :shock:

Wooo that looks pretty big . . I read on one site, cant remember where it was now, that it takes 5 minutes of real time to get from one side of the map to the other on the shortest route, that was in a wayfarer, i think . . . . . .Any thoughts?

That vid looks so good as well, and the parachuting, wonder if u can take a camera up with you ;)

I read it takes 15 minutes real time to walk to the top of the mountain, mount chiliad!

Not that your gonna walk there with all the top vehicles around, mind you the vehicle i'm most exited about is the BMX, you can learn tricks! :D:D

Wayfarer? Is that a plane? 5 minutes doesn't seem long enough to me. In the helicopters in VC, agreed that they are slower than planes, but it still took a good 2 minutes to get across the map from corner to opposite corner. That's how long it seemed anyway, I never did time it.

For a sense of scale, look at this picture of the quarry, then look at the map and see how small it is in comparison to everything else...!!!

5 minutes to fly from one side to the other I can agree with, but to drive?? I doubt it.

i don't it's that small on the map actually. my impression is that the cities are not really huge, eg. Las Venturas is about 5x5 the size of the quarry.

Yeah there was one in VC, and also a spitfire going over there would be pretty cool . .

Reactor, those stats are just what ive read on other sites, like i said, its the shortest distance from one side to the other and five minutes in real time is quite a while in computer game land, so it may be true, but i guess we wont find out til we can actually do it ourselves ;)

well just played my first 10 minutes of the game..gotta say..i love it so far..but i am biased as the game is based on my home area i live....which makes it fun as hell cause i can go shoot in the places i really go to in real life......hilarious fun......if anyone wants screenshots of any part of the game..(assuming i can reach it) let me know..ill post them...

How does it run compared to Vice City? Is it smoother? What does the in-game map look like?
