It better not, that template is horrid. It obviously wouldn't have the stripes, but still awful.

i don't think so. It has round collar and those stripes are pretty much wider on this english kit

If England have to have a new kit every couple of years, the new kit should at least look better than the previous. This pile of crap is nothing compared to the current kit. :-x

I would welcome a classic design. Nike had the right idea with those. Though Umbro are nothing on Nike so why should we expect good kits.

I wouldn't buy this tacky one in a million years. [-X

Looks like several old umbro templates lumped together to me, old Galatasaray home kit collar, old style gradient stripes like you used to see on Celtic and I think a Shinnik old kit, side parts look like they've been taken from old Besiktas kits and the shoulder design looks like a 'new' design, doesn't look bad though, could be worse.
