UFC is on channel 433 on sky tonight and its on freeview in case people are looking for it on ESPN

Decent event, not great though. Surprised to see that there was hardly any ground game whatsoever though!

I can see why people would think it was great, there was just something lacking I think. Not sure what.

Must say, I only watched the 3 main fights, so if there are any others worth watching please let me know.

Agree with Dags though, and I think what was missing was a closely fought competitive main event, a closely fought competitive co-main event and some more jiu-jitsu would have been nice seeing as the event was taking place in the country that brought jiu-jitsu to the world. There wasn't even a submission of the night prize awarded.

Fair play to Silva for being such a dominant force but such one sided fights aren't that great a spectacle for me. Much prefer something like Silva vs Sonnen, a 5 round war with an awesome finish.

Still, some great fights to look forward to before the end of the year Jones-Rampage, Edgar-Maynard (if its anything like the 2nd fight) and GSP-Diaz, Penn-Condit, Cain-Dos Santos

The new Ultimate Fighter was the best one i have ever seen there were alot of awesome fights and that was only the first episode

The new season is gonna be brilliant if that's anything to go by :)

Agreed, really enjoyed it. The first fights were just "Woah!"

Miller is already annoying me though. Never liked him before and his stupid facial expressions makes me really hope Bisping smashes him.

I've got this to watch tonight, with the Jones v Rampage Countdown, Final Press Conference and another interview with them both from elsewhere.

I wanted to watch it last night, but I couldnt beat the CPU in PES till 1am, by that time it was too late. :(

I got my tickets for UFC 138 in Birmingham though. Which is nice. :)

I thought they'd put one more big fight in 138 like Machida or someone. Too late now but some really decent fights to look forward to from now to December.

True, but to be fair, there are some cracking 'lesser' fights on there. I love Brad Pickett, looking forward to seeing him. Alves has his hands full in a real strikers affair with the Swede. Leben is always in a great fight. Then we got Paul Taylor vs Anthony Njokuani, that has Fight of the Night written all over it. Two aggressive Kick-Boxers, cant wait for that. Matt Brown is never in a dull fight either. Should be a cracking 'lesser' card, as most UK shows tend to be. :)

When is Rampage V Jones then? EDIT: Its Tonight! :)) Just wondering is their more than 1 "Countdown" Program for this like 24/7 or just the 1.

I went to UFC 125 and it was amazing but i wont be going again till they start to give us some decent cards. The ones they give us are a joke.

136 was a cracking event besides the Aldo-Florian fight. The other fights are well worth a watch if you missed it.

This Junior dos Santos is something making it look really easy against Cain. 8-0 in the UFC all by punches. He has cement is his hands my god.

A surprising fight, I thought Velasquez would win fairly comfortably but JDS hit him with a pretty good shot so well done.

I've still not really seen much of Overeem but I expect him to completely destroy Lesnar, who I don't rate at all, and I'd be pretty excited to see Dos Santos v Overeem.

Overeem is a beast dude. All he has to do is touch Brock with one of his knees and it will be over.

Alistair Overeem. Not the young hot kid he once was anymore. I remember watching the cocky Dutch back in Pride. He had something special about him and I thought he would become next big thing. Never quite fulfilled potential though I hear he's getting very good again.

This was always going to be an epic fight.

Damn how did Shogun continue after these punches. Those were clean and brutal.

One of the best fights i have seen

Thought it should have been a draw though

Henderson had 3 rounds to 2 but i didn't think Henderson got a 10/8 in any round but Shogun definitely did in the last
