Not when my girlfriend is coming around tonight and I want to watch it before she turns up :)

 She's disgusted that I watch it anyway, doesn't understand why I'd want to watch people fighting and hitting each other.

TUF E04 is out :BOP:

Rampage is such a knobhead, that was COLD leaving his guy in the octagon like that! Really bang out of order and I bet it hasn't gave the rest of his team any confidence when he storms off like that, then throws a strop saying he wants a staff meeting there and then. It was clear he was bad-mouthing his team and I'd be fuming with his behaviour if I was his fighter.

Full marks to Rashad though for his behaviour, at least he knows what respect is!

Agree with all of it Dags

I dont like Rashad after his groin cupping in the Forrest fight, but he is coming across as classy.

World Extreme Cagefighting, and yes it's basically just UFC for different weightclasses, mainly lighter weights. As Coopz says, some great fights in there.

TUF 10x04

My God, Rampage is a shit coach. Disowns the fighter when they lose and when they are actually fighting all he says is "there you go" or "get up, you need to get up". Ridiculous. Glad he's losing 4-0 to be honest. Rashad is a class act.

From what I read the WEC main event Cerrone vs Henderson was special, and most peoples fight of the year, even over Nog and Couture

Not as good as i expected but the last fight was good

God knows how how Henderson got out of them multiple submission attempts. In one it looked like his shoulder was being pulled out of socket and the last kimora was twisting his arm in ways i aint seen before

you got a link to the torrent, or just the main event?

mmatko.com and mma-core.com had the video, but file wasnt working

UFC: Ultimate Fighting Championship Relive the WEC fight of the year for FREE: Cerrone vs Henderson at http://wec.tv or http://ufc.com!

Just been posted on the UFC Facebook update.

For fucks sake! I went to the WEC site, and the first thing it brings up is the picture of one of the fighters in the post interview with a big grin on his face! :BRICK:

TUF S10E05

Not an overly great show this week, not much happened really. I expected Sims' size advantage to really count but he just got outthought.

Rampage leaving his fighter in the octagon again :SHAKE:

My opinion of the TUF season as a whole:
Is it just me, or is this season of TUF pretty terrible. There hasn't been any good fights yet, and not even any really intrigueing fighters. All this season has done is make me like Rampage less...and he was one of my favorite personalities before this.

Nope, it hasn't been great. I only started watching TUF last season but that was miles better with regards to fights than this year. The coaches are miles better this year, they're the best part of the show

I've watched almost every season, and this show used to be about discovering some talented fighters. Just look at the Season1(Quarry, Leben, Sanchez, Koscheck, Florian, Bonnar, Swick, Griffin) all still major players in the UFC, Season 2(Stevenson, Marcus Davis, Jardine, Rashad Evans) that season was decimated by injuries, and underacheivers (like Josh Burkman, Jorge Gurgel, Melvin Guillard) but even Petruzelli, Sammy Morgan and Whitehead have done well outside the UFC.

I think the only good season since then has been season 5:
Penn vs Pulver and they hated eachother. They brought back the 155 division, and had a lot of talent to infuse in it:
Gray Maynard, Matt Wiman, Joe Lauzon, Rob Emerson, Nate Diaz, Manny Gamburyan, Cole Miller

Last season wasn't bad, because it introduced a lot of talented Brits...but the Americans were soooo weak. Even watching the 1st round of matches it was a clear talent seperation. But I'm still not too excited by any of the Brits from that season. I really liked Winner..but he looked soft in his debut.
