sorry mate, he only plays striker in a pinch. Not his natural positoin. This year he started the majority games out on the left, and sometimes right. And in a pinch he played attacking mid, not nearly enough IMO. His first year in MLS he played striker only because his defense was atrocious. That has gotten much better, and the last two years he has spent in the midfield.t_barbouche said:He plays striker but recently has played accross the midfield

Did you once make a funny statement? If you did it must have been so long ago i cant remember, all this from a geezer with an Irish name, who lives in NYC who supports a team almost entirely french who play in North London.Dermot said:Glazer wants him to play Quarterback for Man United though.

Don't say I didn't warn you.
wow. somebody hasn't developed a sense of humor. :rolleyes:Oh, oh I see what he did there, he took 'football' and United have an 'American' owner, and so 'American Football'. Oh my, that's genius. Does his wit know no bounds?
We defintely should avoid complency, especially against Sheffield United. I remember last season when we and everyone else expected to walk over Sunderland at Old trafford, then it ended in a unexpected draw. We should concentrate on that result so we can go into the chelsea match 3points clear. So if the worst thing happens that we lose God forbid, then we are at least level points with the scum.
Thats exactly how I'm looking at this. If we stay ahead, a draw will also be a good result. As a matter of fact, a draw for Chelsea will probably feel like a loss.

This is kinda worrying me. This aint the first time Evra has come out and said this. It'll be sad if he eventually asks to leave cuz he's starting to really improve now.
During international weeks it's easy to get a game of table tennis, as there are only two of us left at training. Now it feels good to be picked."
