Manchester United Thread

It isnt all that bad its international break so wehere kinda lucky that he only miss's 3 games for us and one of them is a unimportant champions league game so really 2 games where we miss him, lol anyone wondering why im saying fortunate about international break, i do support England i didnt think england could win anything when they gave Mclaren the job so im pretty much thinking as a United fan until the FA gets a decent manager ATLEAST

Time for Saha to step up his game.I wonder if anyone else noticed this, since Saha's comeback game,he has played rather deep and not as forward as he used to.He seems a little smarter now too, rather than going for 40/60 challenges.I wonder if Tevez can set it off with Saha as our double pairing upfront...

Out of Tevez and Rooney, I wanna see Tevez link up with Saha more. I get the feeling that has a better chance of working.

tevez and rooney has similar features , so it's actually good that he is going to team up with saha where saha's stlye is different then tevez

I loved the attitude of the team today. 2-0 up and still desperately trying to find more goals. Looking very hungry at the moment.

I am disappointed that we only won 2 nil! :P Like mentioned above,we had great attitude and that helped us to break Blackburn down.I like the way Mark Hughes was caught on camera calling David Dunn a twat when the player was sent off...you could see the fire in his eyes, not ashamed of critising his own players if the lost they gameplan.I like Mark Hughes as a player and as manager...maybe he could replace Sir Alex one day.

Maybe he was calling the ref because it was soft red really.
Bloody tough game out of the way there. They've taken points off the other big teams so far with draws against Arsenal and Chelsea and a win against Cidy.

Good friend of mine said that he was fly fishing near Aberdeen about a week ago after the Arsenal game and he overheard Alex Ferguson who was out fishing with a mate saying that there was a huge rift between him and C Ronaldo cause they had argued over who had the better skills him or Ryan Giggs with Fergie on Giggs's side and he's now looking into the possibility of selling C Ronaldo in the January transfer window.

You pisstaker! still the same as ever then Dermo?

Back to the Blackburn game after a bit of a slow start (always worries me when we start slow...) King Ronaldo jumps up and scores 2 very nicely taken goals.... My opinion of that guy has changed so much since the HATE I had for him after WC 2006...

The thing that concerns me most though is if you cast your mind back to the Villa game when we went 1 down early, It would only take the opposition to score a couple more and we would be fucked! We need to start quicker.

You should work for The Sun mate. Did he also hear Fergie telling his mate that he hates Coleen and is looking to sell Rooney because of this? :lmao:

 He's back!

Anyone else really impressed with Evra as of late ? hes been class

He is class going forward, getting better at the back and has fantastic pace- no doubt about it.

But the best Man Utd left back this Evertonian has ever watched first hand was Dennis Irwin.

Irwin was a great crosser, great on the overlap, superb on free kicks, an excellent finisher, a very good defender and so quiet and underrated it was untrue.

Every now and then you think about the great players of the past and it is a shame to know you wont see them again in the premier league/first division....

Likes of Keane, Lineker, Yorke, Ian Wright, Shearer, Cantona, Best, Rush, Beardsley, Ole, Gazza etc

Further evidence of the huge rift between ferguson and C Ronaldo here, one only needs to glance at this picture to see the real emotions behind the fake smiles here in this shot taken just a couple of days ago. Apparently Ferguson was the one who won 2 awards but C Ronaldo said in Portugeuse that he wouldn't take the photo unless he was the one that got to hold the 2 trophys as he didn't want Ferguson to overshadow him. This can't spell good news for United coming in to the Xmas period. Also, take a look at this, this will have all United fans shaking with cold fear:

A closeup of Ferguson I got earlier today while he was out shooting golf in the Greater Manchester area, this was just after he got the news that Arsenal had taken back the lead at the top of the Premiership, you can clearly see the stress written all over his face. Afterwards he threw a huge fit throwing his golf clubs and ending the game prematurely and called Rooney on his cellphone saying he has to be back from injury by Friday or he is being offloaded in the January transfer window along with C Ronaldo and he'll be replaced with Didier Drogba for 25 million from Chelsea who Drogba is in the shits with. If I was a United fan I'd be quaking with fear right now, Wenger clearly has the mental edge going into the end of the first half of the season. One look at Fergies face will tell you that.

One Arsenal fan says a bit of daft banter and you all go nuts, yet shite loads of Man U fans have been ragging the Man Citeh, Arsenal and Liverpool threads to death...a bit pot kettle black me thinks...

I prefer you lot...but I mean...go look what I am saying is plain to see.

You only have yourself to blame if you let him bother you. He's still funny most of the time. He just got a bit boring near the end the last time around.

Maybe a striker short but Fergie wouldnt swap the current squad for any in the world right now. He is definatly right in saying that his current squad is the strongest he has had in his reign as manager. Its got fucking everything!
