We got all 4 strikers fit for Everton and Milan. How about that for a nice headache for Sir Alex?

Fergie will start with Rooney and have Ruud on the bench to replace him after 60 minutes. The two of them will need to be fit for the match against Milan.

We sing it due to having a sexy Argentine full back in Gabriel Heinze.

haha sexy

good result, keano bossed the midfield and ronaldo was ... well, good, i think he could've been better.

i honestly think the tide would've turned if marcus bent had converted his one and only chance, things wouldn'tve have been so easy for us.

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread.

surely this is impossible.

Sheva Ruled Out of United Clash

how the tides have turned...speaking of being unlucky, a broken cheekbone and eye socket? wow. and carlo ancelotti is saying he's only out for a week?!

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread.

Yeah, backed up at the AC Milan official website, out for two weeks. Somewhat dissapointed really, he's such a fantastic player and I'll miss seeing him play. Let's hope United take advantage and get a decent first leg lead!

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread.

We dominated the game at Everton today, great to see the lads playing with so much confidence of late. Heinze is geting better and better, and Keane commanded the midfield. Rooney didnt let the crowd get to him, and kept his head. Bad luck scousers. Roll on Wednesday night!

Highlight of the day: The fool who threw his phone at Carroll - if you're gonna throw something, throw something that hasn't got all your numbers and personal info on it.

Twat.

What do you expect from a scouser? Thing is, he probably stole the phone in the first place, you know what scousers are like. ;)

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread.

How unlucky for Sheva. Before the Cagliari game he announced that he was looking forward to returning to the Theater of Dreams where he lifted the Champs Cup a few years ago. He gets a fucking injury!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT the team gets a morale boosting win that took them to first place. Sheva is due to be back for the 2nd leg.

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread.

Everyone expected Ruud to play a part in last night's game.He wasnt even on the team list! hahaha..I think Sir Alex won the mind games again last nite.I thought some of the senior players should be rested earlier last nite after we got the second goal.Rio looked a tad tired,so is Keano and Heinze. We are geared up for Milan anyways, shouldnt be a problem at the San Siro.

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread.

also, it looked a little worrying after he went up awkwardly for a header and then limped off... i even saw a wince. but he played the rest of the game, so he knows whats best for himself.

also, would've liked to see a substitute for ronaldo and rooney, those two should've been rested

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread.

I watched that Milan game and Sheva's head swelled up pretty badly.
It looks like everything seems to be going our way for once.
And to add to that, Chelsea got knocked out of the FA Cup and also got a major injury blow to Wayne Bridge who is out for the rest of the season.

Things are looking so different now.

one cos the vast majority of United supporters couldnt really give a fuck about the england team

and two cos it winds up numpties like you!

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread.

Apparently the injury to Sheva was potentially life threatening, nasty, apprently he could be back for the return leg albeit with a mask.

Bit selfish but im gutted he's not playing as ive never seen him in the flesh.

Milan still have plenty of quality but obviously anyone would miss a player of his ability.

yeah hating an entire country for the actions of one perons would be pretty stupid, and even if its being bitter over the falklands, that is still petty.. i think its fantastic when they chant that, its pretty funny as well, i wonder how gabriel feels about it...

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread.

Great result on saturday, everton we're piss poor, it'll be a shame if they get the 4th spot for The CL cos the style of football has no style if you know what I mean.

So the saints or brentford away, bring it on!!!

heinze is made up with the chant, we did the same for Seba when he was with us.

Some United supporters dont like us singing it but like I said the majority of us dont like the england team or the FA anyway so its our chance to have little dig.

Re: Manchester United Supporters Thread.

Some exerts from a recent interview with Keano in The Irish Times...

LEGEND!

Keane in Vieira Senegal dig

"It makes me laugh, players going on about how they are saving this country and saving that country, but when they have the opportunity to play . . . well, it's probably none of my business."

Keano on Arse no respect

"We played Arsenal in 1999, and we beat them in the Cup semi-final and there was a lot of rivalry with those teams. We beat them at Villa Park and two or three of them, Tony Adams, Lee Dixon, I remember, came into our dressing-room and wished us the best. It must have been hard for them but there was respect there. There was rivalry, but there was also an element of respect. I know it takes two to tango, I understand that, and maybe Gary Neville deserves to be chased up a tunnel every now and then - there'd be a queue for him probably - but I think you have to draw a line eventually."

Keane on tunnel incident

Okay, I mean maybe there was nothing to spin about what they saw in the tunnel, but I just don't like that behaviour. They drew the line during the warm-up. I came into the dressing-room after the warm-up and heard that Vieira had gone after Gary Neville already. You understand that fellas are up for it before a game, or even on the pitch that they'll lose the head, I've done that myself over the years - but when Gary told me. Bloody hell. So, then I'm usually first out in the tunnel, but I had a problem with my shorts and I was maybe fourth or fifth out and by the time I got down I saw Vieira getting right into Gary Neville again. I mean physically as well now. I don't mean verbally. I said 'That's it. I'm not having this'. I'd do it again tomorrow. Enough is enough. I couldn't accept it. Still wouldn't. I've played against players over the years and you need to earn each other's respect. That sort of behaviour, I wouldn't tolerate it."
